If I could give zero stars I would. I went in tonight with my two friends, one happens to be 80 years old and uses a walker. There was no wait and not a full restaurant. We asked for a table because my friend has a very hard time getting in and out of a booth. The woman who was a host said the only table she had available was in the back. I said " is there not a table right here "(pointing to the section to the right of front hall), she said no, I said "do you think anyone would be done soon", which implies that we would be willing to wait. Again she says no, I take a closer look and there is a table that would seat six. I ask if we can sit there and she says no they dont do that. The fact that she was unwilling and out right refusing to help an elderly handicapped man was outrageous to me. We sat at the table she took us to and right in front of me was one man at a four top. The exact same loss of chairs as it would have been if we took the six top. I brought this to her attention since her reason for not sitting us at the table we requested was that " they dont do things like that" and her response this time was "that is different". All the while smiling at me and acting as if she couldnt be bothered. I asked for her name and she refused. I told her that her responding with a smile to me being upset that you were unwilling to accommodate a handicap man was disturbing and I hope no one in her family becomes handicapped. The food is okay, nothing special. Like so many things in our world, they appear nice (coy pond in front, nice decor, large selection) doesnt mean that it good or worth it. Treating people with respect at a establishment that requires others to stay in business is a must. Aside from that, it was just depressing to see another human show no concern or mercy for their situation, especially since we are helping you by spending money in your business. Which will never happen ever again.

They had a good selection of food. I would say food was okay quality wise - middle of the road. But the reason for the one star review is because of poor service and bad experience. The servers never asked once how we were doing. Had to ask for water when we were running low. When we were ready to pay, we were going to pay MasterCard with chip. If you have a chip debit or credit card, they do not accept that method of payment because they dont pay for that feature. I was on the phone with my card company since they didnt take chip and they suggested to manually enter my card, but the restaurant also refused that method because they dont pay for that feature. Huh??? That confused me and my boyfriend, who work for a large bank btw. The guy at cash also asked for my pin so he could put it in for me to see if it works and I said, "No, why would I give you my pin?" First you say it doesnt take pin and then you ask me for my pin???!!! I also suggested that they put up a sign saying that they dont accept chip cards, especially because its more common now and because travelers from other countries (like Canada) use chip. However, they were not open to feedback at all. In fact, the manager or owner was rude and was yelling as she was explaining. She said that they wouldnt do that because chip cards are "not common in the restaurants around here". We ended up trying another credit card, which worked. Thank God! Overall, poor service, rude and unreceptive to feedback. Dont recommend at all - go somewhere else. Response to owner: we were leaving around 1030 at night so there werent many customers and it was not busy. So there was no reason for yelling. Very poor excuse on your guys part.

Food was great; customer service was atrocious. My family hosted a party for 100+ people we reserved well in advanced. Our family waited to sit last in order for guests to be seated first. After all our guests were seated, our family of 8 went to sit at a table adjacent to our large party when the manager/owner rushed over to get us out of the seats, saying they were reserved for some else two hours later. We stood up for 30 minutes, literally- me, my mom and grandfather and my sister, her husband and four daughters under the age of 6. She insisted on my family splitting up to fill up an empty seat here and there, scattered among our guests rather than giving us a table to sit as a family. After 30 minutes of awkwardly standing around, chasing her down and arguing with her, we decided to sit at two combined tables. It turned out the tables werent reserved like the owner/manager told us. It is a shame my mother, sister and I had to argue and chase the manager down and insist we sit together. Almost ruined a special event and made a laughingstock of our party and my family. Neither I, nor my family or any of our 100+ guests will be returning to this restaurant. For all the revenue they made off of us, I wouldve expected 5 star service and this was not the case.

Found Hair in my food manager was very rude asked for a refund they said no and the food was cold and nasty dont go there unless you like Hair in your food! I asked for the person who ran the place and she said she did not have to tell me if you find Hair in your food at any restaurant the meal is suppose to be free at no charge even at cheesecake factory it happened to me once were there was Hair in my food and the manager give me and my family all free meals its not about the money its about respect and proper Customer service the manager at the buffet had the nerve to tell me she well call the food company to make sure they check there feauture orders dont come with her like seriously all I asked was next time I come I think I deserve two free meals she said there not allowed its a buffet for God sakes they need to improve there service and staff prices are ok but you get what you pay for so if you like to be treated rude and eat Hair this is the place to go I rate them a triple 000! I well call code inforcement real soon that place is weird and in dont think they would pass very nasty and place smells like dirty rug good look to who ever gose there watch out for the hair!

we went here to try something new we were greeted by a nice young lady and then someone else came to sit us we were 5 it was 6pm and the place was almost empty they sat us at a 4 top and told us that my son could sit in a high chair i said i didnt want him to be at the end of the table she said that the Manager Paul sets the rules and that i could not have a Bigger table i then asked to speak to Paul and was Told that they dont know where he was as if the place was so big he could not be found we asked again to sit at a Bigger table and was told No and that we could go some place else and Eat so we did we took our money else where and if i was you i would do the same thing i have never in my life ever been told i could not have a Table that seats 6 for 5 people that Management wants 5 people to squeeze into a 4 seat table and to put my child in a High Chair at the end where people would be walking by with hot food on there plate is just Crazy stay away from this place if you like to be treated like a Human Thank you
