We went on a Sunday night and paid $6.95 per person - dont expect gourmet Chinese but for the price its pretty damn decent. Lets be real though. The place is run by Chinese people and they have Mexican cooks who serve pizza on the buffet. This is definitely not a Japanese restaurant. But again, for the price its good. Were just leaving and I tried to find a health inspection notice - given the amount of people that eat here I feel safe but if things change in 4 hours Ill be sure and post an update. I had good chicken on a stick, dumplings, chicken wings, beef broccoli, crab casserole, and a bunch of other stuff that looked weird but tasted delicious. I recommend the hot pockets - theyre breath taking. The dessert bar had ice cream and a bunch of pastries from a box but hey.... Its less than 7 bucks a person. There were a lot of fat people at the buffet (including me) so thats always a good sign. I took one star away for 1) temperature of the restaurant which was a little warm for a restaurant. 2) the ice cream scoop holder that didnt appear to be working properly and didnt look very sanitary. 3) for the Damn Chinese waitress who kept yelling stuff in Chinese and made me think she was talking to me - when I said, "do what?" and "arigato" she looked at me like I had three heads. 4) I looked everywhere and was slightly disappointed that they dont serve chickity China the Chinese chicken. Maybe the Mexican guy at the Mongolian station will make it if you ask but I think it should be standard on the buffet and you shouldnt have to ask for it. I was looking forward to a chickity China the Chinese chicken drumstick because everywhere Ive had it it makes my brain keep ticking. Did I mention that this place was inexpensive? Ya.. Dirt Cheap, and pretty good considering the price tag.

if you are looking for good food they have really good food I am local and eat here alot BUT!!!!!!!!!!!! if your looking for good friendly service you will NOT find it here they are the rudest people i have ever met if you drink water good luck getting any refills they are good at keeping plates off your table but they will not offer to refill your glass and if you ask for more they act like you have have ask them to do something out of the question they are VERY rude and they do speak english but they will not they go around gabering their language and if you are lucky enoff to get them to bring you more water it will not have any ice in it just warm water out of a pitcher they are all RUDE like many have said you walk in they ask how many then her daughter will take you to the table throw your silverware down and walk off and they never smile they will run you over if you get in there way the ONLY thing that keeps me returning is there food and you might think well its because I dont tip but I ALWAYS have dont matter they act like it desusts them that you came back the place stay packed cause the food is good if they ran off of the way they treated there customers they would have went out of buissness a LONG time ago

Yes first of all we be here quite frequently usually enjoy the food but it was so hot tonight that we could not even eat and enjoy our food so we asked for a box to take home our food when we get to the checkout they try to double charge us for a meal of eating there and a takeout meal we explain to her that we could not eat my husbands face was red from his blood pressure cuz it was too hot and they would not understand so we walked out didnt get to eat anything and had to pay $20 for a meal and leave our food there this is not good you should not treat people this way I could see if we had eat all of our food and then try to get boxes to go and then double charge you but to double charge you when you didnt even get to eat what was on your plate to begin with because you were sick because it was way too hot try to talk to the manager and she did not even understand she wanted to double charge us $22 for the food that we had not eaten and 1899 for the same food that was in a box to take home for the food we supposedly eight that was in the boxes

According to their sign the lunch buffet was $7 on Wed / Sat / Sun, and the food was worth as much. That is not to say it was bad, just average Chinese buffet fare. The sushi rolls were perhaps the highlight of the meal as there was a good selection and they were freshly made. No sashimi for that price, of course. There was a grill but the selection of raw ingredients, while fresh, was limited and there were no cooking sauces provided for you to select. One had to rely on the cook squirting what appeared to be soya sauce and Chinese cooking wine. The food selection was the usual suspects which while tasty enough was also somewhat greasy. Soup was limited to a sort of wanton soup, egg drop soup, hot and sour soup and miso soup. The hot and sour soup was okay. The dessert selection was also average.

Food was good quality, hot and plentiful. Employees not so much. Asked to be sat at a table, hostess when to a booth. Asked for unsweet tea, was brought a tea glass full of sugar. Asked for another glass, finished the meal with out any. Mens room, so bad, it would be healthier to go out behind the building. No soap or towels. Toilet paper thrown all over the floor and on the commodes. Wife said there was no toilet tissue or soap or towels. Hostess was told, nothing was done. Seems they didnt care. When the cashier was handed the payment for the bill, she ripped the bill and money out of my hand. The outside used to be the only thing that seemed run down. But now the whole business is that way. I will not go back till things improve, and I recommend the same.

I will start by saying i read the reviews and was impressed by them. We paid then was seated. Waited 10 min on our drinks while we started eating. The food was not as i expected. Cold and old as business was slow. Started getting busy so new food came out. Taste was in my opinion just blaw. Sushi was nothing i would come back for. Restaurant has seen better days on cleanliness and the staff omg no service unless you are of the latino nationality. I know chinese food and this isnt worth the drive or money at all. Maybe the best chinese in sevierville is why the reviews are high but not in my opinion. Eat elsewhere.

Loved that it was only $6.99 for the buffet on Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday. The food was hot when most buffets are at best warm. Loved that it had a hibachi station because yes, most of the food on the buffet was Chinese and NOT Japanese even though they claim to be a Japanese restaurant. They need to be more attentive to their customers. We never seen our waitress again after we placed our drink orders. All five of us ran out of drink and had to go up front where the cashier was just to ask for more drink and they were really rude like how dare us to need more drink and even worse ask for more.
