Had to clean my own table off in order to be seated. Waitress saw me cleaning it and just walked on by as if I worked there. Never got a refill on tea, had to walk up front myself, then I was asked can I help you, I said, just getting some tea. No one came by to check on me or take my empty plates away. If this wasnt a buffet, I probably couldnt have eaten either. Imagine going to a restaurant and ordering food from the menu, having to personalize each persons order at that table, remove the menus, get all the drinks, get your dessert, and take care of the bill. Now thats what a normal server does and with multiple tables. Now imagine all you have to do is just get refills and maybe pick up a plate or two on the way by. How hard is that compared to a real servers job. It cant get any easier folks. The Junction has a management problem. They get your money right up front, then after that, youre on your own. Good Luck!!!!!

It was bad enough the "hostess" did not acknowledge our presence AND got our order wrong so we had to wait and were told we would have to go back to the counter to fix it- once we sat down and my 4 year old son was about to take a bite of food, I saw a cockroach crawling on the wall behind him. I got them up and my mother took them out of the restaurant. I looked at the wall and saw a hole that the cockroach climbed into- it was full of bits of food and who knows what else. I went back to the "hostess" for a refund since we would NOT eat there again, and she demanded to see my receipt. I told her I wouldnt go back to that disgusting table and told her I wanted to see the manager. Another waitress offered to go kill the roach! The manager came over as she gave me my money back and did not even bother to apologize- apparently, they have more heart for roaches than for the customer.

Eh, its food. I had dinner here. What a mistake. Not a lot of choices, and the food is just terrible tasting. Had some kale- yuck! Mashed potatoes werent mashed potatoes- more like potatoes boiled to mush and thrown in a pan, with no brown gravy- thats basic knowledge! Dishes left on tables, floor was slippery from a nice greasy coating, furniture is worn out, and silverware was cheap. No real dessert choices, and the dessert bar was a mess. Sorry folks. Im visiting from Virginia, and this restaurant is a disgrace to South Carolina. They have a motto " Country cooking makes u good looking"- you wont be good looking after eating here. I strongly recommend you dont eat here.

The Junctions Noon Time Buffet, in Spartansburg, SC was both filling and delicious. The cuisine was Down Home Southern foods, and we assembled several plates of various items: JEFFs MENU: Salisbury Steak, Broccoli Spears and Baked Beans MY MENU: Salisbury Steak, Broccoli Spears, Biscuit, Fried Chicken Wing, Macaroni and Cheese and Baked Beans .... I would surely recommend this All You Can Eat Lunch Bar To Any & Everyone. Its conveniently located off of I-85 so its rare that you will ever see the tables empty. The waitresses and the cashier were absolute dolls and were overwhelmingly courteous.

Went around 4 o clock with my wife and 2 kids... $40 so Im expecting something good, being that prices were raised since last time we went. Everything was cold, not many choices, and from the little choices that were available most were empty.. I was reading all of the reviews and read mostly bad things but still decided to give them another chance....it was absolutely horrible and wont be back again....it recommend everyone to find a different place to eat.... its dirty and horrible. What a waste of money

This was the worst visit I ever had here. I normally enjoy their food, but today was horrible. They went from making fresh meatloaf to a packaged meatloaf, which look like dog food. The backed chick was so dry you couldnt pull it apart. The fried chicken had sit so long it was soggy with grease. They ran out of cream corn, so they brought out canned corn with no seasoning, the whole bar was horrible. And to pay 13.75 for one person is ridiculous for the quality of food is outrageous.

The food was really good.. You know that home good cooking. What I like most about the Junction is their theme from Fried Green Tomatoes. That is one of my favorite movies, everytime I walk into that place and I see the cast of Fried Green Tomatoes I run right home and pop in that great classic that movie will steal your heart away.. Just as the Junction will steal your stomach with that great tasting home cooking!! You gotta love it !!

Food was obviously old, crusty and dried out...so dry that I choked on a small bite of fried chicken. Dessert bar was disgusting--chocolate cake oozed out of one pan, spilling out into the counter, and the spatula was buried in the middle. Cobblers were mostly dough instead of fruit. Other than delivering our teas, the waitress was completely absent. Huge disappointment!

Took my folks there. The food and service were very good. Relaxed buffett. Didnt feel like they were trying to rush me in and out the door. Very clean and friendly. The price was just as great too. Didnt cost me an arm and leg. Thanks to everyone there for feeding us as we travelled through to NY.

the is fresh but so down home there are no great choices for those of us who do not eat this way all the time. My husband loved it, on the other hand, but he is from Greer, SC and brought up with this kind of food. Friendly people, bathroom could be clearner.

Expensive. Limited selection. Food was OK, nothing really stands out as better than what you can get at other restaurants for less. The pre-cut cake for dessert was already dried out from sitting out too long. I wont be making plans to go back any time soon.

Food is good when its fresh. Not a good selection of desserts though. The price is to high for the amount of food thats offered. The booths are wore out, the carpet is old and there is dust everywhere. I seriously doubt that we will go back.
