I Love the food here and have been a returning customer for years. However tonight I ordered two large pizzas and 50 wings and received a large pizza 50 wings and a sub. With a confused look on my face I explained to the lady at the front that I ordered two pizzas when she then very rudely rolled her eyes and made a big deal about how I said sub. I explained to her that I was sorry for the confusion (me the customer apologizing for my order being messed up). However I too work in the food industry so I try to be understanding but she still had a terrible attitude towards me insisting it was my mistake. I said nothing more and I smiled while she had the guy start my pizza. Then to top the whole experience Im certain I was still charged for the sub I didnt order or want. Which I wont complain about because she insisted I take it home because she had no other orders for that sub. Although again Ill state I didnt want or need the sub I was just over it and wanted to return home to feed my family. Thankfully Arthur is great at his job and had my pizza cooked in no time. Also everything was delicious. However if thats the treatment Im going to receive when Im spending my money in your establishment I will not return.

The food is pretty good when the young lady is there but today I went had the worst experience with the owner he is very rude and have such a nasty attitude and would loose a lot of customers with such a nasty attitude like that. I ordered wings and a steak sub today but when I left I realized my order was screwed up after waiting 45 mins for this order so I called back and the gentleman told me he would remake them so when I returned I encountered the owner who snatched the wings and slammed them in the trash and with such a harsh tone asked what what do you want and I said I thought you were remaking my wings and he said no do you want your money back and I said I want my wings and he we cant make the wings with light garlic get your money back. Not only were those wings messed up but the lemon pepper I ordered the day before were nasty and today my steak sub was dry, nasty and barely had any meat in it. I would not recommend ordering anything from here if the young lady is not there, when shes there the steaks are juicy seasoned good and have a lot of meat!

Food is great. Customer service, not so great. Menu says that they deliver all day, but refuses to deliver to me because i live in a "tough area". Even though ive had food brought to me on more than one occasion. And to make matters worse, I was hung up on twice trying to get answers from them. Im pregnant and on bed rest so its impossible for me to leave the house.

I took my whole team out for lunch, and the food was AMAZING! I really enjoyed the wings... SO GOOD! The Staff was very nice and helpful in making our decisions. A Definite must visit if your ever in Apopka
