I came in at 830 am and sat myself at the empty breakfast bar. A few minutes later a gentleman came in and sat down a few stools down. It took about 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge us (which was the manager after I asked him if someone would finally help us). Finally the woman came around to helping me and I ordered Huevos Rancheros. It comes with an egg over medium. I hate runny white stuff. I asked her how its supposed to come, and she answered no runny white stuff (not those exact words). She asked if I wanted everything remade and I answered no just a new egg. So she 2 seconds later brought me 2 eggs that were obviously cooked the same and tried to push them on me. Then asked if I wanted them back on the grill, yes obviously. So I waited about 5 minutes and it never came back out so I had to eat the rest of my food cold without the egg. As I finish eating she tells me the egg will be right out. By this time Im really irritated and have had an empty glass for at least 5 minutes. She was sweet and cute, but her service felt severely lacking and I still paid over 12 dollars for that dish. I usually recommend this place to people and enjoy treating myself there sometimes, and I see absolutely no reason to come back with that customer service. Not worth the money. Period. Just wanted to have a nice Sunday morning breakfast with my family. Put my name in with the hostess. Their system froze so she wrote down my phone number and said theyd call me in 45 minutes to an hour. After 45 minutes, I asked the hostess how much longer it would be, she said there were five guests in front of me. I thought that was odd since thats about how many were in front of me when I arrived. Another half hour later I checked the status at the hotness stand again because I saw a couple just arrive and seat themselves at a table and were given menus. The hostess said that I had already checked in and asked if I had received a call. I said I hadnt and they said they must have taken me off the list. They asked if they had the right phone number. They did not have the right number. They said we would be next. I mentioned that couple that just sat themselves and they said they noticed that but didnt know how to address the situation. They finally told the manager about the couple. He asked them to wait in line and my family was seated at that table. The manager didnt apologize or offer anything. They could have at least comped the orange juice and coffee. Especially since we had purchased drinks from the bar when we first arrived. The whole ordeal was very disappointing.

This was my first experience, and by all means the worst experience. And absolutely will be my last. From the start the hostess was probably the only feeling of good customer service. Being that it was a rainy day, understandably out side would be a bad choice, but it looked Cozy and quaint, until the rain starting coming through the awning slits of holes, once relocated our server fail to bring towels to clean the inside table and neglected to bring our previously order drinks and utensils. So were sitting at a wet and dirty table. Waiting for the server who took 20mins. Food was certainly over priced and absolutely terrible for all the rave. Dried over scrabbled eggs with fishy smelling crawl fish skillet. Not to mention the burned dried out bacon. Even after all this I would have expected the Mgr. To come out and attend to his guest, even only for input. He simply looked our way and kept going. And mind you it wasnt even that busy. If this is the service to be expected, than you will not get a positive vote for anyone I know to even try this place. Place for tourists not locals. Inexcusable!

I was very excited to try this restaurant but I wasnt impressed. We went during the week and were sat immediately which was a plus. The server was friendly. We ordered biscuits and gravy and a huevos rancheros. The biscuits were average and the presentation was subpar. The huevos had great presentation value but was mediocre tasting at best. I added chorizo sausage to my huevos and the dish was very bland. (Coming from someone who prefers lighter seasoning) this tasted like it had no seasoning at all. Overall our favorite items were side dishes and the coffee we ordered. The cheese grits were great and the sausage patties tasted similar to ones I make. You can tell they patty sausage there and Im assuming use pork and ground beef. But overall was disappointed that our side items were the best over our main courses. I will probably give another chance because the place cant be popular for no reason. I gave 3 stars because I found this place to be average. I hope this unbiased review is found to be helpful.

Ive visited this location several times now and, while I think the food is pretty great, the service has never been great. The servers never look happy and seem super rushed. This could potentially be the servers, but likely the way the location is managed. There could be more servers to help with the busy weekends, better hiring process, more efficiencies with how food is ordered and brought out. Im not behind the scenes so I couldnt know exactly how to correct, but its likely not just one thing. In my picture, Im wondering how its thought to be ok to bring these pancakes out with an add-on of strawberries and bring me 1 strawberry. When I mentioned to the server, he did bring more to the table, but it just shouldnt get to this point and be classified as an average rating of 4.2 stars currently. This is just one thing Im pointing out. Its not the only reason for the lower rating as Ive already made those points earlier. Id love to come back, but tired of the lackluster service. Ill take the Metro next time.

They participate in this app that you can pre save a reservation period and on Sundays the wait is like an hour and a half. You see people getting up you think youre next and somebody just walked in the door and sit down so you really have no idea how long you have to wait. I would suggest that on Sundays they not do parties like for birthdays because those people continue to sit at the table for an hour or so after theyre eaten. Never got to try out the food to see if it was good because after an hour and 20 minutes we just left. The manager is very nice the people were nice is just that an hour-and-a-half wait pretty much and watching people coming in because they made a reservation on a cell phone app is very disheartening. It is not a large restaurant table wise if you dont count outside seating I think it has a capacity of about 80

When we got here it was about a five minute wait, after getting a table it took the waitress, Dominique, over five minutes to say anything to us. We ordered water and it took a few minutes to get that, then she disappeared once again. When she eventually came back to our table and got our orders it took forever for anything to come out, which I understand could have been the kitchens fault, but she ignored our table until after someone else brought out our food. After receiving our food, which was nothing to brag about, she asked how we were doing once. Then after finishing our food we had to wait another ten minutes for our check. The best word to describe our waitress; lethargic. She had no energy at all which led to our bad experience. We looked forward to trying this place but will not be eating here again.
