This store used to be very good, but over the past year the quality of food is poor. The deli is never stocked. Rottisserie chickens are never available at noon. The quality of fruits and vegetables is awful. The melon is tasteless and never ripe. It is outrageous that you charge $25 for a fruit bowl of unripe or rotten fruit. The fact that they dont carry much organic fruit is amazing, since the nearest competition is 7 miles away. The shelves are rarely stocked and the store is unclean. The conveyor belts are always dirty and if you ask a cashier to clean them, they give you the biggest attitude. Maybe Publix should be more concerned about the inside of the store rather than harrassing me to bring my groceries out for me. .

Came in for a wrap and there was only one gentleman at the sub counter. I asked him if he could make me a wrap and he said yeah hold on a minute and went into the back. After a decent amount of time passed I leaned to my friend and stated it was taking a while. One of the deli employees named Watson overheard and practically my complaint to my friend andcame sprinting over. He immediately apologized and asked about why I was waiting without any help at the deli counter. In what seemed like under a minute, Watson put a fresh wrap in my hand with a discount to go with it. Watsons amazing service erased any reservation I had about my trip before that point. Bravo Watson. Thanks for striving for excellence bud.

Went for a sandwich, I asked for only 2 and the lady took forever while the coworker next to her had made about 6 sandwiches in the same time it took her to make one. Also they dont even turn on the heating machine for the subs so you have to just wait there, be late for work while this machine heats up which takes a long time. Then the sandwich isnt even properly made the meat is all pushed in and gross looking. Another problem is the workers have attitude problems when asked simple questions.

I just want to say I always thought Publix had the best meat around but, after today Im not so sure. We bought 2 Rib Eye Steaks for the 4th and they were the worst steaks weve had in a while. No flavor at all.,tough as leather and yes I know how to cook. Im 56 and my husband use to work in a restaurant I never complain about this stuff but when buy T Bones with more flavor than a Rib Eye something is wrong thanks for letting me vent. Oh I bought the the T Bones from Winn Dixie 2 days ago

Publix is great for so many reasons. The food selection is great. The Publix products are very good. The prices are very fair throughout the store and the employees are really nice. The only thing that can take a little time here is waiting in line for cold cuts at the deli or to get a sub. It is usually only because so many people want them though so I really cant fault them for the wait. Overall, its a great place to grocery shop.

This is my local Publix that I visit at least 3 times a week. I love online ordering feature which saves me time at the deli section. Im happy with the produce and meat selection, and friendly staff always willing to help. My only complain is seafood department. Selection is sparse and quite sad looking, and it seems that its gotten worst recently. Local fish is rarely offered, and there is never wild salmon or higher quality fish.

I love Publix I am a daily Publix shopper online and in store. The only reason they received 2 stars is due to the deli manager Mike....The other 2 young men in the deli are totally rude Nick and Neko. They act as if you are invisible they dont acknowledge you standing in front of them. No customer service at all, I was very disappointed. Myself along with 2 other women stood there waiting without any acknowledgment.

this post is on behalf of the pharmacy inside. they do an amazing job and are able to handle the volume and patients like me who show up wanting to get my medication filled in 15 without even calling first or getting the doctors office to send anything over. the team they have is awesome! techs are nice and so is the pharmacists. they have it together over there

Got my shopping done for the kiddos for this weekend! Cant wait to see them! I seriously love Publix! Shopping is legit a pleasure. I couldnt tell you how many employees asked if they could assist me or just asked how my day was. Its a stark contrast to my Wal Mart experiences. Wish I could afford to exclusively shop at Publix!!

Candice in the deli was very rude. She seemed pained and inconvenienced by anything I had asked for on my sub. At one point, I had asked for another sauce and she exclaimed "mayo, mustard, what else do you want!?" Mind you, my sandwich wasnt that elaborate. Nor did it have mustard, so Im not quite sure why she said that lol.

Pretty good sales and super friendly service. Not as inexpensive as groceries at Wal-Mart, but cleaner and better service. I love the sandwich station for quick food to go and their fresh pizza dough is delightful. Pretty good selection of foods for dietary restrictions, especially vegan.

Love this Publix for continually upping its game in attending to customer needs, changing product display and channeling traffic towards BOGO deals. Staff is very attentive to customer needs in the aisles and in check out to me this is the number one Publix of others that I have been to

Big fan of Publix in general. Although its usually crowded this one is nice and very clean. Produce and meat are very fresh and high quality. I only miss the fact that they got rid of their sandwich presses so you can no longer get a proper Cuban sandwich.

When my credit card wouldnt go thru, they were were very nice about it. They stored my 2 carts of groceries in the dairy cooler until I could straighten it out with my credit card company. Only negative so far: No sushi rice. Theyve never heard of it.

Just moved here from NY. Publix is always compared to our Wegmans. After my experience at the deli on Saturday, I would not even put them in the same category as Wegmans. Customer service goes a long way and Publix lacks it.
