My second and likely last order there. The first time I ordered the breakfast potatoes, two poached eggs and a side of Hollendaise sauce. The wait to pick up my order was long because the woman in front of me had a card that kept ketting declined. I waited and waited as they were unsure what to do. I paid for her meal and mine, to be nice and so I could get to work. The hollendaise was separated. and tasted like it was bad. So I wll never order that again! Today, I decided to give them a try for biscuits and gravy and some orange juice. My order was over $12 which is ridiculous for breakfast food. The bicuits were delicious except for the bits of egg shell that I got in three different bites. The gravy was pretty good, a bit underseasoned and had a huge chunk of sausage. I mean HUGE! It was okay, but you get food just as good at Waffle House and much cheaper. If you want a really good breakfast go to The Egg & I!!!! they are amazing and no I dont work there or no anyone there. I just work near both.

Have been going to this location since they opened. Last 3 visits received poor service. The waiter was on something his eyes were blood shot and he was not all there...The girls working at the front register and seating guests were eating at the register. It was gross. Called ahead and still had a 50 minute wait. Served the drinks after 20 minutes of being seated, I complained about the order taking so long (45 minutes) I was told look around, we are busy.! The omelet was dark brown! 2nd time this has happened. Changed out the sides and he still got it wrong and never corrected it. Never received ice tea refills, never received the water or napkins we asked for, had to get up and get them from the server station. Waited for the check a long time. Floors were filthy, all the tables were dirty, while the girls at the front stood there eating. Looking for a new breakfast restaurant. Management apparently is inadequate and lacking in leadership.

Great service, and never a really long wait. Relaxing, comfy environment. I come here occasionally for the cheat meal breakfasts. ;-) There are healthy options though, like the Healthy Start Omelette with egg whites, turkey, spinach and tomatoes. But plenty of traditional and southern breakfast foods. My boyfriend typically has the biscuits and gravy. Today I tried the chicken and waffles. The chicken breading wasnt too thick or crunchy...it was still tender. Also wasnt too salty, which I prefer as it helps your palette focus on the real flavors. The Belgian waffle was cooked perfectly. A blueberry butter came with it, which tasted a bit bland by itself on the waffle, but paired nicely with the maple syrup. There was something slightly spicy...which I think may have been the maple syrup. I enjoyed it!

Perhaps we came at the wrong time. About 11am on a weekday. The hostess sat us and two other tables in our section at once. By the time the waiter finally came over, he didnt know what table had been sat when. So the other tables sat after us received food 10 minutes before us. The worst part was the food. I ordered chicken and waffles, which at this location is evidently two chicken breasts laden in heavy coating with way too much spice. It was so overdone the chicken was dry. I didnt take pictures of any of the food because all the meats were almost black. We sent my Daughters bacon back because it was indeed, black. I cant believe they let it leave the kitchen that way. To say the food today was a disappointment is an understatement.

I went there last week and paid 10 with 100 dollar bill...had to get with everybody to get my change back. Went there this morning. Asked for bowl of oatmeat, got a cup with no spoon, they fixed me another to make it a bowl....the waitress said she just charged for a cup....they charged for everything and making it much more....I couldnt get a cup of coffee no matter who I asked....I was nice this whole time and even gave a good tip as I didnt notice the bill right off. She didnt bring me back the receipt. THIS PLACE HAS BECOME A SCARY HORROR SHOW. Not only was my oatmeal not too good, the service was horrifying, and I was completely lost eating oatmeal with a fork. I was a regular....its my fault if I go back again.

I too have given this establishment several tries, but this morning was the deal breaker. My wife and I were seated right away, so not to busy, we ordered. I had a ham and cheese omelet well done and dry and crispy bacon with wheat toast. When it arrived both the bacon and omelet were cold and the toast burnt. My wife ordered over medium eggs and could only eat the middle, best described as near hard boiled consistency. After 15 minutes of waiting for the manager, which my wife was finished by then, he shows up and says he is sorry and takes it off the bill. We really need a good breakfast for Dr. Phillips, please dont say first watch. Peach Valley off Conroy Windermere, avoid it like the plague..

This is out go to breakfast spot. Be sure to call ahead and put you name on the list. It cuts down on the wait nicely. My husband is a big fan of the two egg, meat and potato breakfast. I like the skillet meals. The peach hot sauce is a must try and they have it at every table. We have been many times and only had one meal that left us a bit underwhelmed, mainly due to overdone potatoes. We keep going back and always enjoy our breakfast. If you are looking for a good simple breakfast with just enough options and a fun diner environment definitely give it a try.

Food was delicious. Service was extremely subpar. Only received half of our order when it arrived had to remind the server twice that we were still missing items. Never received, nor offered, a refill for my tea or my wifes Coke. When check was dropped off we were charged twice for items and nothing for our drinks. Informed the server of both mistakes. Later when received new check still not charged for drinks. Gave up and paid. Then waited 10mins for us to get our bill back so we could leave. The short answer food is fantastic but service needs a lot of work.

My wife and I come here quite often for breakfast. The menu is quite large with plenty of breakfast items as well and lunch. Service is always great and everyone is very friendly. It can get quite busy so expect a wait if you come during peak hours between 10-2. I have had a few of the sandwiches and they are very good. Breakfast is amazing and my wife always gets the scramble. Their gravy is very good and a great compliment to any dish. We will continue to be regulars. There is an outdoor seating area if you prefer as well.

Hi all, 7-22-2017 - Only two stars - Food was OK, not great.Chicken Fried steak with potatoes and poached eggs, the Chicken Friend steak was like breaded ground beef and was not crispy at all. Atmosphere is generic. Waitress messed up credit cards. When food arrived it was auctioned off by an expediter who abruptly interrupted us all. We as a group like to find new interesting places for our weekly breakfast / brunch places. Peach Valley Cafe Will not be added to our places to visit again. So disappointed - :-(
