I cant rate the food because after 45 minutes of waiting for it to come, I left. This chains food is usually good, and their daily blend smoothies are great (for $10), but they should be embarrassed about the service theyre offering. This location doesnt have enough servers and so it makes them painfully slow. The add insult to injury, it took them four minutes to count my change for the smoothie.

If you are looking to fuel your body for a long trip then this is the stop. I loved the selection and quality of food here. The coffee here is soooo good ♡ I got their beet and kale blends which was amazing, sandwich and quinoa salad which i loved. As a nutritionist I really appreciated the quality of food here. Exceptional customer service, homey decore. Highly recommend it. ♡

Great food but I found the staff to be lacking in hospitality and customer service. They stood around talking while people searched for tables or waited to order. Next time I think Ill just get food to go or head to Pret where the service is better.

Once a waitress finally came by the service was ok but I waited for 20 minutes for someone to stop by the table. The food isnt that great and neither is the coffee. This definitely isnt like any Belgian coffee house Ive been to.

$4.90 for a 12 ounce cup of coffee made wrong by a clown with an attitude. If youre looking for any customer service youd be better off rummaging through a dumpster. Its probably why theyre never busy.

Very nice workers, cozy atmosphere, and good quality food. The one thing I dont like is that I feel that this price for coffee/tea/bakery is a little expensive and out of place for a metro station.
