I ordered a "center of the bun" and the cashier reached for one sitting under the heating lamp. I told her I wanted one that was fresh out the oven and didnt mind waiting if necessary. She said it was ok, so I went to sit for a few minutes and returned when she signaled it was ready. As I bit into it I could tell it was not fresh out the oven AT ALL. It was cold to the touch and rubbery!! Seriously ?!? Was a fresh bun too much to ask?! Why make me wait only to STILL serve me a cold product? The sole reason for my trip to the mall that day was a warm fresh bun. So disappointed >.<

Sunset In OC

Today I visited the Cinnabon in the columbia mall and I wanted to take a moment to write a really nice review! Every time I go there, the staff are always really nice, the place is spotless, service is fast and the goodies are ALWAYS hot and fresh! Saul the manager is a really cool guy and always has a smile and helps fast. Nice work Saul! Thanks for the great service everytime!!
