This was the worst service Ive ever had! I walked in with 4 other friends and nobody was at the entrance and we waited for a couple of minutes and a couple of employees saw us waiting there but didnt bother to help us. We walked into the self seated bar area and waited for a person to help us... 30 minutes passed by and nobody came to us. There were a lot of employees but still, nobody helped us. One of my friends tried going to the bartender but he never looked her way. I then went to the front where there were 3 employees. One host and two were sitting in the waiting area. I had to interupt their convo so I immediately got a mean look. I explained to her that we had been waiting for about 30 mins and nobody ever came to us. I was not rude or nasty to her but she said "someone will help you soon" and I said " yes, but its been too long" and she shouted " Your server will help you soon" and the other employees giggled. I felt so disrespected so I went back to my friends and told them that we had to go somewhere else because nobody deserves to be treated that way!! Not when youre paying for service. So when we were leaving I told the same girl "We cant wait any longer" and she seemed excited and smiled and said "have a good night" before I could even finish my sentence. I can not believe how horrible the service was! I will NEVER go there again and I WILL tell everyone about this because I dont want anybody to ever have to feel the way we did last night.

Eat someplace else, go another block and eat at The Yards Park! Place was more like a meeting place for the staff and their friends than a brand. So many employees walking over each other and treating it as if they were at a neighborhood cook out. I asked what was on tap and my reply from the very non-caring or qualified server "what do you want?" The only person in a red shirt who I am guessing was the manager clearly could not maintain order in this place. At one point a female employee opens the bottom of one the double fridges, stands in it a holds the door closed behind her! Fries were warm and considering how many people were wandering around and not many seated to eat, they could have been cooked with the burgers and come out hot. As for the burgers, I am guessing they are all served well done because I wasnt asked and thats how they came. Not one person wearing any color work shirt (any there were plenty of different colored shirts worn) stopped to pick up the trash on the floor in middle of aisle. Could have taken my family else where and got better experience for the $40 I spent for lunch. If this Thursday afternoon crew is a representation of the BWW brand, you are in serious trouble. Finally leaving not one of 5-6 employees hanging around the front entrance greeted us or said "thanks for coming" as we left. Did I say this place was out of control? Really wish I took money and family else where.

When this BWW first opened it was amazing ! The service was good, games were always packed, and the food and drinks were amazing. NOW, its super ghetto to me. The waitstaff doesnt necessarily care about what you want or when you want it. I waited for my food for 45 minutes and it was all of four tables sitting down, plus a couple people at the bar. I ordered a jack and ginger ale which taste and looked like straight ginger ale. My boneless wings were super hard and my traditional wings didnt even seem cooked. The best part of my experience was my potatoe wedges. The bathroom was dirty and the staff was vacuuming around us as we were eating because they were anxious to leave. Last night it was about 30 degrees outside and the same disrespectful waitstaff that wanted to vaccume while we ate also went out of a side door that cause every single piece of wind that was blowing outside to come in , instead of using the main door like everybody else. I rather go upt or go out Maryland to BWW but I def wont recommend this one to anybody. And it sucks because I legit live 8 minutes away. GET NEW STAFF AND MANAGEMENT !!!

What a poor excuse for a B Dubs. Ive been to at least 20 to 30 different BWW and this place is at the bottom of the barrel. They could not get the wings right. They were usually under cooked. I always get the pretzels when I visit a BWW and this place was just the worst. On three visits here they were cooked the same. We had no doubts that they were precooked and microwaved or just simply microwaved. The service was not the worst, but definitely could have been better. If it wasnt for traffic, Id drive to the next nearest location to get to a real BWW. I only gave them a second star because they had not issue with my special order on mixing the sauces of my wings. Stay away from this location if you have the option.

If you get a good server and stick with TRADITIONAL WINGS WITH WET SAUCE AND BEER ONLY, you might enjoy yourself. Everything else is completely inedible. It wasnt busy when we arrived 5/10/17 @ 7:30. Greeted with a great big GRIMACE from the greeter. Its loud, which apparently gives the servers an excuse not to listen. Server dropped food off and never came back to check. When I finally flag her down she acted like I never ordered the dressing that comes with ALL the wing orders. Cocktails are colored water. Wings, beer, sports. Thats what they do. They should drop everything else from from the menu and just let you pick up food from a window.

Very disappointed with the service! Soooo, an oddly-shaped female bartender, that looked like the penquin from Batman Returns, took my order. She wasnt pleasant at all, even after I wished her a happy Friday!!! No customer service or personable skills at all. Her two rachet friends come in 15 minutes after me and suddenly shes the friendly type, giving all types of attention to them...They also received their food before I did. You know at this point my blood is boiling!!! I get my dry-ass food and the penquin didnt even offer condiments or ask me what else I needed. Needless to say I left without paying or leaving her wide ass a tip.

Very slow service. I arrived around 6:30 (happy hour ends at 7) and my order was not taken until around 6:45. The bartender was nice, but he did not bring the water I asked for with my beer and it took a while for him to bring my drinks. Getting the check took a while, and I sat with my card and the check in front of me for literally 20 minutes before the bartender took it. Between the extremely slow service and the fact that they didnt have all of the beers available that they advertised, I dont think I will come back here.

Awesome drinks and good food! Love having this BWW right next to the stadium and enjoy popping down from the Navy Yard for lunch occasionally. Ive always had a good experience when dining here, but when dining with some coworkers recently a friend pulled 2 hairs from her meal and said it was the 2nd time it had happened here, so she will not be back. No bad experiences for me as of yet, so I will return. Great tall beers! Delicious veggie burgers!
