I would give this place zero stars if it were possible. This used to be a great place to go have a few beers and shoot some pool. Recently, the service has gone downhill. The staff acts like you are there for their convenience. They are rude and surly. If you expect good service they reprimand you. The food is not that great either. I wont eat there anymore after I found a hair in my salad. When I told the server, he took the salad back to the kitchen. I expected I would get a fresh salad, but instead he brought the same salad back to me. It look like they had rooted around in it looking for other hairs. GROSS!!!! I used to get Italian subs to go... they WERE excellent. Not anymore. The meat is bland and the rolls are stale. Often there is no soap in the bathroom and if you tell a server they dont do anything. If you tell them a second time, they get mad at you. Once I waited 10 minutes for a server to bring me a pitcher of beer after I ordered. While I was waiting, I observed the Manager, Steve-O, stuffing his face in the kitchen while standing over the food prep area. During one visit, I told a bartender it was cold in the back bar area and he told me to leave. He was hot and didnt care about whether the customers are cold. If you are looking for a place where the customer is right, look elsewhere.

Oh my gosh, this place was absolutely fenominal. I had the swordfish special, side salad, corn crab soup and the Dutch Apple pie. I found absolutely nothing I could say even slightly wrong about anything, pretty damn close to perfect. One of the best meals I have ever eaten! I will be going back for dinner tonight and I cant wait. (Part 2) I went back for dinner with what was supposed to be 35 people well, it wound up being 50+. The staff was fantastic! They took charge and served everyone with a smile. A big thank you to Jamie and Chris...you are superstars!! Not one complaint about the service or food. The dinners where off the charts delicious. If you have never been here before you are missing one of the best places to eat in town. Thanks Gilligans, I will be back with more friends and family real soon.

The place looked classic and expensive inside but they need to work more on their exterior. Prices were on the higher side but seems worth it with the experience. We ordered steak and the ruben sandwich. Steak was good but nothing extraordinary. The ruben sandwich was a bit on the salty side but definitely something worth trying! Their sides were good! The chips are excellent! My fave side. The mashed potato was really good. Bery natural. The coleslaw was good too but needs a dash of salt. Overall, good place to dine occasionally! :)

This place was phenomenal the steaks are a great price for a king prime rib. The atmosphere and the staff was very pleasing. Ohhh and they have this Rubber Soul amber honey ale that is just a heavenly pair with the steak. So the only reason and the ONLY reason why I didnt go a full five stars was because, at the main entrance as soon as you come in theres three tables where the waiting area would be. Pretty odd place to put tables. Oh also the awesome dart and billiard room they have in the back is kick a**!

You need their crab cake sandwich !!! This place offers first class dining but at a pub class price and atmosphere. Ok, this might sound a bit awkward(and I apologize ) but...while similar places like this tend to cater to college students Gilligans makes you feel like a college GRADUATE. Its casual yet refined if you get what Im saying. Food, drinks and atmosphere WAY above the curve. Just tell them I sent ya (even though they have no idea who I am; ) Just quit debating and GO! !!

If I could give these pathetic excuses for bartenders zero stars I would. Im a quiet guy and I never mess with anyone. I treat people with respect because thats how I was raised but every bartender in here was nasty for no reason. They acted really rude and ignorant for nothing. Ill never go back here again. Nothing but trash in here anyways and the food is awful.

Dont get wings ordered there jumbo hot wings got 10 for $10 the wings where very small and there was hardly any sauce on them was asked how our meal was wife said hers was good I tried to say anything the waitress walked a way and would not respond to me I even asked 3 times for a beer before she got one I will not be coming back they were not busy at all

If you go there or order a bottle beer. The one thing Ive noticed being a professional bartender is that they take their glassware and they dip it into the ice bin to get ice. Which means they leave glass fragments in the ice. Which as a customer you are drinking the glass fragments. I did try to say something they looked at me like I knew nothing

There is a bar side and a dining room side for daily meals. They also have rooms for private gatherings. Great food & super friendly staff. Have never had a bad meal here. Plenty of parking. Reservations not required, but are recommended on the busier evenings out, especially for large groups.

When you look at the menu (which is nicely varied) you might think it seems a little pricy. Then, you sink your teeth into your dinner, and you know its more than worth every penny. Fast, friendly service, too, and a nice bar where everybody seems happy and friendly.

The selection of entrees is kind of intimidating. The ones Ive tried (tuna steak, lobster ravioli, crab cakes) have been decent, but not extraordinary. Service has always been good, and the beer menu seems to have expanded considerably as of late.

The wings are good and large, the suicide sauce is hot, not "northern hot" . God seating, pool tables, tv, a little bit for everyone. Would make a good pros hangout, date night or casual business meal. Well rounded place.

The jonestown road location has the worst service. been there several times and cant go back too frustrating. eisenhower location looks dated and extremely smoke filled so if thats your thing....do it

I ordered the chicken Classico. The food was very delicious but the service absolutely suck. If I eat there again I will either get it to go or make sure I am not on the bar side.

Excellent place to sit down and have a ice cold lager and a dozen hot wings. Staffing is ample and respectful- would recommend to anyone looking for a good night!
