Went to try this new Starbucks on Market. Lots of seating with charging outlets on the baseboards. Little conference-looking area in the back. Could use some finishing touches on the walls as they are mostly empty, but thats because it is brand new. I was surprised the floor almost looked like poured concrete. Cant tell if thats still in the build process as it makes the store seem a bit sterile. Subtracting 2 stars because of the service. The cashier addressed my presence as I was still thinking about what to order behind the queue tape. Once I had made up my mind and approached the register, it took about 10 seconds for the cashier to look up from texting to address me again. Very unprofessional. Made it awkward. Then when receiving the drinks, my friends lid had what looked to be a small smear of lipstick on it, along with another unrecognizable mark. Not sure how that was possible, but still upsetting. So aside from the service, it was a fine experience. Drinks were yummy. I had the Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Brew.

This location should not be called Starbucks!!! Very disappointed!!! You cant redeem Starbucks rewards here and they also will charge you $0.60 if youd like skim milk instead of 2%. Real Starbucks will only charge you if you switch to coconut or almond milk. Staff is not customer oriented! I wish I could give them 0 stars. But 1 star will make up for them using Starbucks products. Will not return and will make sure I spread the word!!

I mean its Starbucks, do you even need to read a review before you decide? Ill say though that the barista was stretched thin yesterday because he was the only one working. He handled it well--hustling his butt off, but his managers should have scheduled at least two people. Not fair for him to be running around like crazy.

Brewed coffee usually tastes burnt. Their hours are not late enough for city folk who live nearby. They dont accent Starbucks rewards and are inconsistent with giving their own. There was a feeling that putting a Starbucks downtown was going to be great. Not really.

Super friendly staff. Spacious, plenty of tables and outlets. Very wheelchair friendly. Only loses a star because I cant redeem my rewards card here.

Thanks for being open on Sunday! There is not really a warm comfy place to sit like at the other Starbucks but I really like the place.
