My Husband normally stops here to pick up at least 2 everything bagels with butter & cream cheese for me. One of the employees gave him a punch card for every time he came in and after the 9th time you get a free bagel. Well he had done so on several different occasions until this one time when this female employee told him he was not supposed to use that card. When he inquired as to why, she told him that a bagel with cream cheese is not a breakfast sandwich and she refused to punch the card. Talk about a sand(witch)!!! We were given the darn thing by one of their employees!!! So to Manahttan Bagels we say: Free bagel or sandwich it really does not matter!!! What should matter is the loyalty of your customers, which we were right up to this point!!! We wont be going back!!! Any company that can not honor their own policy is not worthy of our money!!! PS. To the sandWitch lady who refused to punch the card, "May you drown is a sea of sandwiches with butter and cream cheese!!!".

Usually I like Manhattan Bagel, but today I got the bacon egg and cheese croissant and its literally the most pathetic breakfast sandwich Ive ever laid eyes on. It looks like someone ran over it with their car. I posted pics so you could see, like I"m pretty sure someone smushed it together with ALL their might. Its also soggy and floppy; the bottom part looks straight up like dough. Im really reluctant to eat it. I reached out to them to get my money back because look at it. Yikes. The only shining light was the cold brew coffee which out of this world, way better than Dunkins. But seriously Im so sad about my sandwich, like I feel like I need to flush it down the toilet and put it out of its misery.

Fly central! Not that I wouldve cared normally because hey-we live in Delaware, theyre everywhere. But they were crawling ALL OVER THE BAGELS IN THE SHOWCASE! And then they still served them to their customers!!!! Working in the healthcare field-I dont think I need to explain the disgust I had and my thoughts of sanitation!
