I went into this bakery shop today to place an order for an event thats coming up on Sunday, the young lady was very nice and business skills, the owner came out very rude with a very nasty attitude and very unprofessional business skills. I was very hurt and upset the way she came out and talked to me, liked I came in bidding. She will never see me in her store again and when I go to someone house or event i will be asking where did they get there cakes or cupcakes from, I will go to back Phila to buy and spent my money

Ive gotten cupcakes and birthday cakes from Sweet Melissa several times. They never disappoint. The cakes are delicious. The service is always professional. People always ask where I get my cakes from. I recommend Sweet Melissa every time.

They made baby carriage cookies in the colors for the baby shower and they looked beautiful and tasted delicious. According to the flyers in the store they also have baking and decorating classes available as well.

The cake pops are amazingly decadent worth every penny. Staff is Uber friendly and helpful I have scaled down from weekly visits to monthly just for the cake pops. If there you have to try them out.
