Very terrible experience. I ordered here for a bridal shower, which was a nighttime cocktail shower consisting of mostly cheeses and bread centered appetizers. I made sure to order 2 days in advance. I sent the bride to pick up the order on the afternoon of the shower last week, because I was busy getting things ready and the bakery had sold half of our order. When asked about it, the staff was unapologetic and we were told "You have enough bread." We actually didnt by the way; we ended up running out of bread. They just do not have good customer service, and I am very disappointed. It was my first and last time ordering from here.

Their breads are outstanding, there is not another bakery in the Scranton area that can compare with Beta! I have been a customer for years and I look forward to seeing them at the Farmers Market.
