This Panda Express is in a new part of a shopping center that appears to be expanding. Usually, Im wary about a new place but this Panda has had about half a year under its belt and ample time to iron out the kinks. Overall impression: - Tables were clean. - All entrees were available and steam trays were all nearly full and ready. - Server was quick and efficient, and generous when adding food portions. If they keep up the good work and dont let things slide, Ill be back the next time I travel through Middletown.

Sucks never have and sauce made and when go in to locations . Order same thing everytime always a different excuse why dont have it like sweet sour sauce we dont have it made or keep it warm now. . If order a bowel and dont want rice they give you a hard time and fight you never do anything to make you wanna go back so done lost my 6 7 visits a month I will go back to Chinese places for now on hope location closes do to lack of business..

Never able to get the food u want.. Its never ready.. Been here 3 x on my lunch break always one person trying to make plates for everyone... Not enough help. I only get a half hr for lunch n can never get served between 12-12:30pm .. Because Im standing in a line for 25 minutes.. Thats my lunch break... Smfh.. No more of my business.. This location sucks

Decent food for fast Chinese chain food. Food is usually luke warm, food isnt refilled at the serving bar until the last portion is emptied. Then youre waiting 10 minutes for more. More than once Ive seen other customers receive preferential treatment

Went there only once & you had to wait for some of the food, because they didnt have it done cooking. You would think that they would have had all the food cook so people didnt have to wait, not very organized.
