It was a wonderful experience. At first we were a little surprised at how busy they were for a Thursday at 5pm in the middle of March, but then after we were there for a little while, it was apparent why that was. This is a top notch establishment. Everything was superb. The entire staff was first class, they were accommodating and attentive, with a positive attitude the entire evening; the food was delicious; and the ambiance was spot on. I dont eat out often because most places dont meet my standards. This is rare high praise for me, because I have high expectations, and somehow, Redfire Grill was able to meet them. Kudos to them.

I have never had such a delightful dining experience. We found it by accident, and I was thrilled with the decor, the menu and the wait staff. Major Kudos to the chef, the scallops were amazing, tops looked criminalized with wonderful brown on top sitting on a bed of corn.. I had filet and my spouse had the burger (he is a burger freak) both were cooked to perfection, the portion were really large, also the cheesecake was the best I have eaten, so creamy and it also was a good size. I went to the Redfire Grill for my birthday. I had the Caesar salad, the Premium Ribeye and cheesecake for dessert. The service was wonderful, but is always good. The meal was terrific although the seasoning for the Ribeye was somewhat bland and didnt pop my tastebuds as expected. The dessert was sensational. Though I dont eat out often, Ive been here several times and have never been disappointed. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a good meal in a very friendly atmosphere.

Not a better steak joint around! The staff is on point and the kitchen is meticulous and precise! The experience is one you wont soon forget. Chef Eric is superb! The quality of the food here is unbeatable and delicious. Order the bread sticks! You will thank me! The beef choices are wonderful and there are so many other options that will satisfy any taste! Platinum dining at its best! ☆☆☆☆☆

I threw a surprise 30th birthday party at Redfire Grill for my girlfriend. Redfire Grill was VERY accommodating and helped me plan out the event. It was affordable and delicious! We had about 30 friends show up, which was perfect for their enclosed party room, because we all got a little rowdy. The restaurant has a very classy appearance and excellent service. I highly recommend!!

This is a hidden gem in the charming town of Palestine. The food is exactly what you would want from a farm to table restaurant, seasonal and local ingredients that are prepared to perfection. The service and decor are exceptional, 5 stars!
