I would be so bold as to say this is my favorite restaurant, period... The small dining room is nicely decorated and as inviting as the staff and owners. I actually had a problem with my debit card one night and could not pay my bill, I believe it was the owner who allowed me to come back the next day when I was able to get the cash to square up on my bill...Just very friendly nice people who care about the business theyre running and it shows . While I dont consider myself a food critic by any means, I have had my share of Thai food, and its one of my favorite cuisines...That being said, Thai Palace is the best Ive had... Everything is always fresh and delicious, bursting with flavor and meats and everything else cooked to perfection... Whether youve never tried duck or love good duck I highly recommend it at Thai Palace, I always get it in my entrée and its always amazing, crispy skin and moist and delicious without being greasy. This is the type of food that always leaves you feeling full and content but not weighed down and bloated from eating additives and premade junk you get at most restaurants. Prices are really reasonable for the level of quality as well...I like to try new places, but for Thai I am nervous to even eat anywhere else because I am almost certain Ill be disappointed by comparison and end up with a bill that will definitely be higher. If youve never been here, do yourself a favor and try Thai Palace. Im going tonight with my girlfriend and will be dreaming about it until we we get there! Haha. Two thumbs up with a smile.

Im not surprised by all the stellar reviews. TP is spectacular. Pay no attention to the bad reviews. Assume that the kitchen was having an off night for that reviewer. Ive eaten here about 30 times and the service is consistently outstanding. Make sure you order the spring rolls, with the salad and peanut dressing. If youve never had thai before, TP will hook you. Not nearly enough people know about TP. Some of the best thai food I ever had. Its certainly the best place in the state.

If youre thinking chinese takeout tonight, scratch that and go to Thai Palace instead. Fresh ingredients ALWAYS, and sauces that will take you away from the bland world of soy-based chinese dishes. You can vary the heat of your dishes, and BYOB. Recommended dishes: Thai Palace Rolls, Tom Yum Soup, Gang Keaw Wang, and Pad Kae Mao.

In my opinion, the ONLY Thai restaurant to go to. Not only is the food fresh and hot every single time, but I also havent tried something on the menu I didnt enjoy. The owners Mike and Nikki make a point to greet every one of their customers and will accommodate anyone. With great service and great food, why not give it a ahot?!

I was very disappointed. I ordered one of the specials - pan fried tilapia and mango - and the fish was previously deep fried and frozen triangles that had been thawed and heated. The edges were stale and some had not fish in them. The vegetables; however, were fresh and yummy and the satay was excellent.

The service is impeccable!!! The staff was very polite and helpful! This was our First time ever eating Thai food. We ordered the shrimp pad Thai, chicken Thai fried rice, fried dumplings, and the ribs. The dumplings and the fried rice were my favorite! I will definitely come back again!

Horrible. I called ahead and asked if they could make a dish vegan, they said yes. I went there and the pad Thai smelled like rotten fish. The spring rolls were greasy beyond any Ive ever had. The salad was ok. The waitress never brought me my drink. I didnt eat the pad Thai at all.

I *LOVE* Thai Palaces food! My family always gets take out and never has actually dined there so Im not 100% sure of the service but during the take out process they are SUPER friendly, the food is always hot and ready when I get there. C3 w/ Chicken. My favorite. Delicious!

Food is amazing at this place, the panang curry is excellent! Love the Thai iced tea! Best Thai in CT! Mike and Nikki make you feel very welcome , and the staff is incredibly kind and courteous. I would Highly recommended this restaurant to anyone!

Best thai food in CT. All of the curries are exceptional. I feel bad that its never busy because it is definitely a hidden gem. They need to get a better, more readable sign on the street and invest in some social media/digital marketing.
