This company, BJs, seriously needs to decide if it wants to sell things or waste peoples time. I got a free 60 day membership trial flyer in the mail in December. I wasnt able to make it down there to try the place out, but I had it in the car today when I was about 20 minutes away. I visited, only to find out that the coupon had expired as of 12/31/12, and they people would do nothing to about it. They didnt let me try the place out, despite the fact that I had driven out of my way to check things out. I got the same response when I called their customer service department to explain the situation. With the economy the way it is, the price of gas as high as it is, do they really need to get prissy about getting someone to check out one of their stores? I didnt ask them for the free trial, they sent it to me. Shouldnt a retailer be happy to get a new customer? I mean really!

We have decided, after around 5 years or more, not to renew our membership. They claim to offer more and more organic choices, but every time I get attached to something, it disappears from the shelves. Whole bean Sumatran Organic coffee, organic pasta and pasta sauce, Gardenburger Malibu burgers, organic spinach pizzas, organic chevre, organic lemonade, and supplements like Sam-e, Toms natural toothpaste ... BJs seems to be shooting for the lowest common denominator, so we are outa there.

This particular location used to be great with good sample stations, happy employees, and a well stocked store. However, lately the store has had pretty rampant stock-outs (Ive been waiting like a month for Truvia), the employees seem unhappy, and it comes off as the management there doesnt care as much as they used to. Not sure if I am going to renew my membership.

Great place to shop. They carry your typical big box items as well as some normal size items, too. Great prices on electronics! For some strange reason this BJs doesnt have a gas station like other ones so I guess you dont get the full benefits at this location
