I decided to order a birthday cake from Wholly Cannoli after seeing such great reviews. I ordered a small cake at least 2 days in advance and I paid in advance as well. When I came to pick it up, I had to waited 15-20 minutes for an employee to tell me they forgot to put in my order. The girl said I can pick a cake from the fridge or they can refund my money. I ordered a special cake for a family members birthday and on that day, all they can tell me was either pick a cake from the fridge or we will refund your money and you wont have a cake at all. There was a small selection and I had no choice but choose a cake from the fridge or else I would not have a cake for the party. I wanted to speak to a manager but the employee informed me she/he wasnt around and if I wanted to speak to them call tomorrow. So I called two days in a row and a manager was not around and no one ever called me back. I like the pastries here although its a bit overpriced but I will not come back to a bakery with such bad service. The cake I choose was not worth the money at all, I can get something at a grocery store for that quality. Very disappointed.

HORRIBLE! I have been buying canollis and other deserts here for years and years ago there was great quality, this has gone down hill so fast in the last year or so. I bought a carrot cake and it tasted like it was in a freezer for about a year. There is NO freshness to any of these treats, they look good but no longer taste good. The prices keep going up but the quality keeps going down. keep less on your shelf so you can make fresher...I would rather see most items gone as you ran out then full and knowing they have been sitting there for weeks. You can go to boston to Mikes pastry and ger FRESH patries that taste so good for LESS $$$ and not be disappointed. Please turn it around before it is too late, I will not be heading back to Wholly Cannoli anytime soon, wegmans has better tasting desserts!

Absolutely the best in the WORLD!!! The BEST CANNOLIS!! Over stuffed sandwiches, homemade soup (chicken chowder) unbelievable , Homemade Pizzas and the Italian Pastries are to die for, all made from scratch, right down to the custard! And the kids are out of this world some waste the best cakes around. People actually come in from Boston to buy the cakes!!! very very impressed, extremely impressed and the cannolis are better than New York. You have to try to Snickers and the Almond Joy cannolis plus their signature Dynamite stick cannoli unbelievable!! I cant say enough about this place I would be writing a novel absolutely the best

Well...I love this place for cannolis and sandwiches...but the cake I ordered a couple of weeks ago was HORRIBLE. I could have gotten something better at Walmart, and for 1/2 the price. I have been ordering cakes for my kids birthdays from Wholly Cannoli for 3 years now. The first year it was great and it has gone downhill from there. The picture was horrible - I thought they had a cake decorator? And the cake tasted like it was from a box, but actually worse, and it was dry and flavorless. Such a bummer because I love this place otherwise. I will never be ordering a cake from them again.

Excellent service, excellent coffee, excellent attitudes, the citys greatest pastries ABD the serve food too!! This place can match up against ANY of Americas biggest citys coffee shop Bistros. Incredible food and a better atmosphere than those Java spots in downtown Boston! Family oriented.i recommend that if youre looking for a reasonably priced, down-to-earth kind of feel lunch spot, Wholly Cannoli is exactly what youre looking for. They serve WAY MORE than delicious desserts , go in and check this place out, youll be glad you did

So, Ive been here twice. Both times I had German Chocolate Cake. The first time it was fresh, expertly prepared and delicious. Went back about a week later and had the same item. It had to be from the same batch, as it was disappointingly stale. The espresso based drinks are good. Competitively priced, could be cleaner. Amazing selection of pastries and Cannolis! Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Ill be back there soon to try something new.

Not what I remember from just a couple short years ago. Pastry sizes have shrunk a lot, variety changed (pastry is individual to the chef... looked alot like Gerardos in size, variety and look) and the "Canoli cake" we used to love was terrible...no longer has anything to do with Canoli...we used to make it a point to go every time we were in Worcester. Back to wishing for a decent bakery. When a bakery starts having pizza its time to move on.

The lunch section is small and at all original. The wholly turkey wrap had gobs of mustard that made it spill everywhere and was over powering. Other than the mustard it really had no taste. The sandwiches and wrap come with plain potatoe chips. The turkey and Swiss sandwich was large. The sandwich and salad prices were reasonably. Overall not crazy for the food. Food 2 stars The deserts are all overpriced. The selection is large.

Took a 45 minute road trip with a friend to try their cannoli. Blown away by the huge selection of cannoli, cake, cookies and other baked sweets. Realized that they also served food. I had what may be the best meatball sandwich evah. House made meatballs and sauce, a light hand on the cheese and homemade roll. Simple perfection.

I mostly go to Wholly Cannoli to get quality baked goods, and platters of cookies and cannolis, for family events. Everything they make is delicious and the prices are reasonable. Ive never had lunch here, so I cant say what the regular food is like, but this is certainly a 5-star bakery.

like a north end italian bakery! easy parking in cvs lot if the shop gets busy, i loved the miny canals and tnt sticks that way you can try many without feeling guilty ;) a must stop on your way to mass pike from grafton st (7 min from exit) yes i timed it

Poor customer service. Red head was touching her hair with only one gloved on. Not paying attention to her customer while yelling to get her kid to get out from behind the counter before her boss saw her. Did not even give a receipt

The best cakes, desserts and even lunch food. Customized birthday cakes to whatever your specifications give them. The cannoli filled cake is the best cake Ive ever eaten and the Dynamite Bite is the best dessert Ive ever had.

Their prices arent so bad. Ive ordered a cake 2/3 days before the celebration and there wasnt any problem. Ive never been told "no we dont/cant do that." Staff is polite, welcoming and helpful.

If you love your sweets this is the place for you. So many delicious goodies. Our family favorite are the Cannolis. We dont get them that often but when we do the are just so yummy.

The food looks nice but it doesnt taste as good as it looks all the time sometimes the cookies could be too hard and dry and the and the cream can sometimes be too sweet
