Biggest mistake I ever made. It took an half an hour for us to get sat.. Wasnt even busy. Ive worked in restaurants before and never have I seen such a bad service. We finally sat, to watch two parties that came AFTER us get served. Out waitress didnt waste time asking us if we wanted drinks, we wanted our Food. As the hour goes by the manger wants to provide appetizers on the house, gee thanks for the cold appetizers well eat it though because we waited forever !! Wait theres more.. One of the members of our party was having a birthday and we had a very nice expensive cake waiting for her in their fridge. As we were waiting (another half hour) for this cake, we were told some stories regarding it. We ask whats taking so long, and was told our waitress slipped on ice cream shes hurt. Okay, we are people too but jeesh after another fifteen minutes we were wondering if she went to the hospital or something. But no, here she comes to tell us there was another party, and she didnt know whose cake was whose. Great. But then you have to think, wouldnt that party notice they got the wrong cake ? So i decide to talk to the manager who is already very defensive and he says the cake is what was dropped. Realizing ive been lied to I wanted to resolve this issue, how were we getting reimbursed for this cake. We werent.. Instead I had a manager swearing at me which of course upset the birthday girl, and in my defense other customers tried to explain what was the right thing to do he wasnt having it. It got to the point where a random customer reimbursed us for our cake which shouldnt have happend. I will never go there again. On top of all that they charged us all for the crappy food and service. If I could choose not selecting any stars i would.

So I usually try to find the good in every restaurant because I used to be a server and a bartender. With that said the good part about my experience was the waiter she was really nice and sweet. The problem came when we ordered drinks and didnt like them. I ordered a strawberry margarita and it taste like water (Im not exaggerating) there was no strawberry flavor or tequila or sour mix. My friend ordered a frozen strawberry daiquiri and it was like slush and juice. We only tastes the drinks and wanted to return them because they didnt taste good at all. The server said she had to get the manager we said ok. The manager came out talked to the bartender and server but ignore us and walked past at least three times before coming to our table without a word and literally snatching the drinks off the table as she does this I ask if she is the manager and she snaps yes and walks away.Rudest experience I have ever had. The sushi is good but i wont ever go back again. Needless to say we never got to the food.

I went once and will never go back. The sushi was fine though the prices are higher than competitors in the area. The issue I had was with the manager. I ordered tea which tasted burnt (an issue that can happen with green tea). I told the waitress who disappeared with the cup after I asked her to remove it since the burned aroma was bothering me. The manager appeared 5 minutes later and proceeded to chastise me stating rather loudly that this is very expensive tea and it is supposed to taste that way....he went on and on! I said it just did not suit my taste - that I did not like it and it was not what I expected. HE LEFT IT ON THE CHECK!!!! Had he been gracious and understanding and had taken the $1.75 charge off the check I would have gone back (I eat sushi about 5 times per month). Nasty management with lousy business accumen.

THE BEST HIBACHI RESTAURANT EVER first I would like to say that there food is absolutely delish. Every time I have gone there I only eat right at the grill the chefs are amazing funny and very creative the food they make is just finger licking good I love there shrimp n steak also there chicken but my absolute favorite I have to say is the shrimp : ). There rice noodle everything they make is very good I have been there enough times to try a couple of different hibachi combos. The only thing I have to say negative but thats a sign that they are that good is sometimes the wait is pretty long but its well worth it I go there for the food its good but if I cared about the service I would have stripped going there along time ago. But the food being the way iy is it overrides all of the other small stuff.

DO NOT GO TO SAKE! MY friends threw me a surprise birthday party there last night and the service was awful! The food was subpar for the price and they gave my birthday cake that my friends brought to the restaurant to another party!!! The waitress said they gave it away by accident and the manager told us that the waitress dropped it on the floor! The manager continued to lie to our faces and began screaming and threatening to call the police on us when we were just trying to reason with him. He was belittling his waitstaff and throwing things around the bar and I felt VERY threatened. I will NEVER go to Sake again and I recommend you dont either.

for the price it was "meh". $55 (before tip) got us three rolls, they DIDNT have the most popular (and best) sake they serve... Its called Sake Cafe... and they were out of good sake... Our waitress barely understood a word of english and could not make a comment for or against any of the sakes or dishes/rolls. I would have been happy if she could even indicate what was better or worse but she couldnt. Pretty sad for a slightly more expensive than normal Sushi place. If I ever go there again and theyre out of what I want or cant understand my order verbally, I would just walk out.

I went here with my husband one night. We ordered a few rolls. When I pulled apart two of my pieces a bug crawled out. I tried to flag down our waitress before the bug went too far and she finally came over when it fell on the floor. I tried to quietly tell her what happened but she called over another waitress who argued with me and told me that the bug must have come out of the soy bottle! My husband and I watched it crawl out of the center of my roll! And Im pretty sure its still not ok to have bugs in your soy sauce! We will NEVER go back! Oh, and they made us pay! (For bugs)

This is the worst customer survice I have ever received in my entire life. Ive been waitressing for years so I understand that it gets slow and takes a little wait. When I got there the employees didnt acknowledge me so I approached them asking if I seat myself. A party of 5 and two men get seated. I waited 30 mins and no one took my order but they took the other peoples order and it was only us there. The sushi makers and bar woman notice that I have not been seen but says nothing to anyone. So I walked out. Rediculous and unprofessional.
