One of our party had remembered this place from years ago as being a good local place with decent pub food. Either its changed hands or gone downhill, but none of us enjoyed our meals. The steak sandwich was bland, very tough and chewy, forcing me to leave over half my meal unfished. Likewise, another in our party left half a reuben sandwich because the corned beef was dry and actually crispy. The service was poor with the waitress not being able to remember who got what every time. (There were only four of us.) The place was dirty and dusty (old trophys hanging around covered in dust.) We would never return. A gross experience.

really poor food. Unfortunately it is one of the few places open in Ludlow on a Mon or Tuesday night and we couldnt get in anywhere else. If you do go, stick to burgers and fries which are ok. The salads were terrible: limp lettuce with bad bottled dressings. I paid $10 for a Caesar salad that was basically a pile of lettuce drowned in dressing. Is an anchovy, croutons, shaved parmesan or egg too much perhaps? Service is very slow. I think we waited over 40 mins for two burgers to come out.

We had dinner at Pot Belly many times and I must say the service is always friendly and professional and the menu offers an All American cuisine at its best. I love ordering a NY strip there and their salads are amazing! Our server Kevin has been there for years and has become an integral part of the whole dining experience at Pot Belly. The restaurant is conveniently located on Main Street and is definitely a must stop in Ludlow!

Food was fairly good, service was horrid. This was the second time I have been there with my family and both times have been profoundly disappointed with the service. Both times our wait staff were not that busy but failed to come by to take the order, check on us, see if we needed anything, get our drink order, ask us if we wanted dessert, etc, etc, etc. Its sad. Such a great spot. They need better staff.

Summer dinner at the Pot Belly. Perfect timing to watch the sunset over Okemo from the outdoor dining area. The food was good (burger and fries and a salad), the French Onion Soup was fantastic! The service was fantastic, our waitress was so nice. if you are going to eat outside, bring a swearshirt, not for warmth, but to put on the chairs, they are metal and not very comfortable.

We stopped here for a quick late lunch and the food was nice. Service was very good. We had a Grilled Cheese (little cheese sandwich) that was the best I ever had! Chicken tenders, Clam Chowder, fried Calamari, fried artichokes. Everything very good. Great value.

My husband and I stopped by this cozy restaurant. The interior was nice and clean, the food was good. I only wish theyd made less sour sauce for the salad I ordered. It was cranberry gorgonozolla salad. Overall decent place in the middle of nowhere.

service has always been soooo slow, even for Ludlow. Lived here for 30 years and never had a meal that the wait was even close to being ok. Food was ok for fast food, just served slow.

On a skiing weekend with my wife, this was a perfect place to treat her to a dinner out, even in a mountain town. Great selection of specials and we were both impressed by our meals.

Disappointed. The service was ok but the food was pretty pricey and really not worth it. Really liked the old building. Overall I suggest skipping this one.

Pretty good. Food overall good...my buffalo chicken wrap was alright, but the kids mac and cheese was great. Service a little slow but very friendly.

Eat here if you like eating an hour and a half for a meal survive was terrible they couldnt even bring us our salads while we were waiting.

For a true Celiac, dont eat here. They say they have gluten free options, but obviously they dont understand "gluten free" !
