Unfortunately I cannot give this particular Panera Bread a good review. While I dont go there often because it isnt near my town, I have been there twice in the last six months. I am a vegetarian. Therefore when I called in an order for a Caesar Salad, I expressed this and asked twice if they could make mine without chicken. The person on the other end of the phone assured me there would be NO meat in it. I picked up the salad and drove 19 miles back to my house. When I opened the bag, I smelled chicken, I then opened the salad and it was covered with it. I had to throw it away. The next time I went there, I ordered and ate in the restaurant. I had the Mandarin Chicken Salad without chicken. The cooks got it right this time and I ate the whole thing. At 4:30 am I awoke with the worst stomach pains, nausea and cramps. I wont go into detail,except to say that I was up all night like a college student who drank too much at a keg party. I am hardly a college age person. I called the next day to inquire if anyone else reported getting sick from any of the salads. I spoke to a manager who told me she got sick from that particular salad as well (on a different day) and she offered me a free meal the next time I came in. I thanked her. However, between you and me, I will not take another chance at Panera Bread.

I had a puppy that Ive been feeding with a bottle she was in a carrier went there to order something to go and the manager came and told me I had to put her in the car I told him its to hot to put her in the car and leave her alone he said well I dont know what to tell you but your dog cant come in I said are you serious before I can say anything else my fiancee said lets go I will never go to any Panera bread again you just lost my business Ive taken her to many places and I have never been told this before Im so discussed

Probably the best possible first experience I ever had. The staff is very nice, I explained it was my first time and the cashier immediately went to tell me about her first experience at panera bread and recommended I go with the Mac and cheese. Once the order was place turned out the had just ran out. So one of the sandwich makers gave me a sandwich which was incorrectly made but still delicious. They were all smiley the whole time, would definitely come back. PS the Mac and cheese is my new favorite now

I come here once per week as I live and work in the area. Except for the really busy times (12:30 or so Monday through Friday) the service is always reliable and predictable. Ive never had a bad experience. The free wi-fi is great - I use it when I am eating alone or waiting on a customer. As the name implies, the bread is always fresh, Ive never experienced a time when the bread was not fresh. Overall, a great experience if youre in Bishops Corner and you need a predictable sandwich.

Panera is expensive, so really expect when I go my food really be close to perfect, and it wasnt. When I asked for it to be fixed the womans attitude said that I was a burden. The woman who actually took the order was so sweet and kind. Probably the reason I will go back honestly. Panera may be a tad bit overrated especially when things go wrong then you ask yourself "Why am I spending too much money on food"?

I eat at Panera quite often and I do like eating there, although I am very disappointed that they are making changes to their artisan style bread. First, they softened the crust and now they stopped baking multigrain baguettes. My friends are also disappointed. Also, we liked the jazz that was played and now it is a mix of ???. Most of the time I eat at the Glastonbury location.

The food was great and the service was excellent, though I think that the price was a little expensive for what I was getting (half a salad and half a sandwich with no extras came to a little over $10 - not bad, but not great either). I got what I paid for, thankfully, as the food tasted great. I would highly recommend this place if you dont plan on going very often.

Asked for Mac & cheese as second part of meal and got grilled cheese when first part of meal was steak panini. They will fix it but was in a hurry. The receipt didnt even have steak panini as first part but they managed to make it as ordered. Overall food is good but expensive for quantity provided however it is the quantity that Americans should eat to be healthy.

Out of several different things for me and another customer. Said it was because its Sunday. Chicken in my salad was flerting with its expiration date. Mealy and flat. Took home my little salad in an oversized paper box. Horrible to look at. Like trash. Dressing of unknown origin smelled rancid. Didnt chance it. Where are the health inspectors?

Pretty regularly I order the Turkey Power Breakfast Bowl at this panera. It is supposed to have spinach and red peppers in it. Instead I usually end up with turkey, roasted tomatoes, and pesto and egg whites. I dont know what is so hard about making the correct item but they get it wrong almost 90% of the time.

I went to this Panera recently and first of all, wonderful service. Patricia was a sweetheart. A girl named Molly made my turkey avacodo blt and when I forgot to ask for no avocado she made me a new one. I was thankful for that. Thank you panera for my "fantasy meal" as Patricia would say!

Good choices for vegans. Mediterranean Sandwich is particularly good. Cozy and contemporary ambience. The staff is friendly. Wide variety of soups, sandwiches, salads, bagels, doughnuts and beverages.

Ive always loved Panera and this location is no exception. Broccoli cheddar soup in a bread bowl is basically my comfort food. Friendly staff and quick food service. Always clean too.

If you order food on the internet, check your food before you leave. They usually screw it up. Nice clean atmosphere inside.
