Hi guys, I would rate this pizza hut as the worst i ever had.... I visited Red Roof inn, it was right next to the pizza hut less than a mile...and I ordered a dinner pack and some items... they said it will take around 30.-35 mins to reach me.. I called them at around 45 mins... they said, they were busy and it take an other 5 mins to reach me... I know how it ll be in a busy time.. I called them after 10 min that will be around 55 mins from placing my order.. the girl who took my order was very rude... literally she said" if you cannot wait I ll cancel your order"and hang up on me what d heck was that reply...and canceled my order without my notice..i called her again and said "my order was missing and can you connect to the manager.. she said " i was the manager, and I am the one who cancelled your order" om my god what was that... y was she so rude.. i am paying right... it was not a free delivery... the second time i called them again to the same place... i placed an order for a delivery... they said it will take around 45 min.. but it took for ever... i received the delivery after 1.5 hr.. the pizza was cold.. i called the manager.. he gave me a credit for the same order next time.. i used the credit next time... and they took literally 1.30 hr to delivery my order the third time... and the delivery girl was very rude and was yelling on me... and she literally asked for a tip....this happened to me... it was not fictitious...

This place sucked for me. Oredered large pepp pizza and cookie online. System said ready in 15 mins. Went to pick up after 30 mins..... Not ready yet?!?! "5 more mins sir". Then sit and wait 18 more minutes before its done. Then they forgot the cookie?!?! 1of 2 items on order and they missed it??? Get home, pizza not cooked all the way.... Raw in middle. Nice big long HAIR cooked into it. I waited an hour and spent 20 bucks on THIS!!!!!!! THIS PLACE IS AWFUL!!! Not a manager in sight either :( Place looks all nice and new, and feels like Pizza Hut has got a good thing going on...... But then you deal with the staff and get the food and you realize...... Same old Pizza Hut service and problems. I will go to ANY other restaurant before I will go back here. I would suggest you all do the same.

Went in at about 10:15 pm and the employee Tati was mopping the floors there was no sign to let us know the floors were wet to top it off she looked at us and seemed very frustrated that we came in rolling her eyes at us. She did not greet us and was huffing and puffing as we were looking at the menu tapping her fingers on the counter. When we cashed out, she didnt even say thank you or anything at all and went around us and began to mop again. Extremely rude of her. Definitely not someone I would have working with customers. The closing time is 11pm its not like we came in 5 min before close. The chairs were all up so we couldnt even sit to wait for our food had to go outside as there were puddles of water on the floor and rugs on the railings by the ordering counter.

More than just GREAT food....Last week I stopped in for dinner (after the dentist) and asked one of the staff there, Cali, what can I get that was delicious and wouldnt require a lot of chewing. Without hesitation she said "Get the Tuscany Chicken Alfredo". EXCELLENT CHOICE. The chicken was tender and juicy not tough and stringy. The alfredo was fresh and creamy but not too heavy. I recommend this to anyone wanting the perfect comfort-food. This is now a new favorite of mine in addition to their pizza! Unfortunately I couldnt finish it all because of my stupid tooth. So I had it for lunch the next day :-) Thank you again Cali!!!

Menu was confusing. Under the title "make it a meal" it listed 2 slices for $5.50 and slices themselves are only $2.50. So I figured it came with a drink hence the word "meal". Woman at the register didnt seem to know the menu and needed help putting it in. Her coworker said just put it in, it does it automatically. I look at my receipt and they charged me $5 for the two slices and $1.25 for a regular soda. ????? I really do not understand the menu and the workers dont seem to either. Also told it would be ready in 10 minutes which actually turned into 20 for some mediocre pizza. Wont come back here again.

The days of the dimly lit red roof bad salad bar Pizza Hut are over and they are redoing all of their establishments. This place used to be one of those dimly lit with bad carpets and bad service. What a change since these are more cafes now and brightly lit and also are set up to be more welcoming, with TVs on the wall and a fresh staff and seating. No real changes to the menu, same great pizza and prices.

Slow service. Restaurant was almost empty yet had to asked to get my table cleaned . Appetizer came at same time as pizza. Had to separate pizza by hand not sliced properly n no utensils given. Watching employee continuously scrath face and buttocks. Good things... The remodeling made place look much better than the old funeral home look they had. Food was hot and prices are reasonable.

Went at 8:30 p.m and the slices were super unappetizing, only cheese and pepperoni and both were old, so we had to order personal pizzas. The salad cant be called Caesar salad, its made of ice cold lettuce, three tomato really rings and some parmesan cheese. You also cant find smiling faces there when you order or talk to the staff.

Been here about 5 times now every time just to get a slice of pizza and every time they have none ready. The pizza isnt good to begin with just came in because I figure it should be fast since its a slice bar but it never is this place is a freaking joke and I hope they go out of business because they suck!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The wait staff was complete white trash! It took over one hour to get a fat wait staff to take our order and she was completely rude! I was completely offended by the fact that I even thought about eating at this pizza hut. good luck to anyone who wants to eat here unless you live in a school bus.

I bought Pizza and chicken wings, 2 orders, they collect #2 each for only one delivers, The driver said I need to pay for chicken wings, I told her it has been paid for my account says I have paid. The manager was very rude to me and asked the driver to bring the wings back

Not only was the daytime server amazing, my pizza and pasta buffet was out of this world. This pizza hut has come a long way from previous visits Ive had. The staff seems to be on the ball, fast and friendly! Thanks for a great meal! We will be coming back!

This place is so slow. Its called a slice bar yet took 10 minutes+ to get our food once we sat down. The pizzas were already made and sitting behind the counter the whole time. Dont come here if youre expecting quick service
