Only 2 Stars the food is fantastic, but their service sucks ! We placed a large order, paid for it in advance and after a very long wait in which they said they were coming to deliver, they never showed up and when we called again they said the order was already delivered. So 2 hours later, we went to Panera and ate the food there period but dont come with a high expectation if you want to have delivery from this location.

Typical Panera Bread. Typically a line to wait in before ordering at lunch time and dinner. Highly recommend their coffee--its usually nice and strong and routinely the carafes are switched out for fresher coffee. Sandwich/soup service is efficient with your order coming out to your table only a couple minutes after ordering. Online express ordering is available for quick, convenient take-out.

Awesome food but inconsistent service. I overheard customers near me with mistakes on their orders and the staff was nice enough to fix the mistakes. A few small changes could make it much better but overall, its a good place to grab food if you dont mind the price. (BlueChip is accepted as payment at this location for CCSU students!)

We love Panera for a quick breakfast, lunch or dinner. Super easy to order from the app to avoid lines.... delivery is very convenient. My only complaint is recent issues with accuracy of mobile orders and delivery. On the flip side - when I have experienced issues, the management team is super helpful.

The staff at this Panera are always friendly and polite. Orders are made promptly and accurately even when it gets busy. They were also kind enough to safely hold onto my lost keys once. I often choose this Panera branch from others nearby because of their quality service! Thank you!

My boyfriend & I went there for lunch one day & the staff was amazing. While we were eating, two different workers asked if we need anything & one even grabbed our plates when we stood up to leave. Best staff at a Panera weve ever experienced. Keep up the great work, guys!

The Lady who works the food on Wednesday was nasty. I only asked for a simple to go soup container, and she was rude. She glared, and was absolutely nasty. Though the cashier was very pleasant and was interacting with us in a nice way. But I dont recommend this Panera.

The food runner Zaria needs a hair net first of all....I went to pick up my soup it was cold I asked for hot soup this very very very rude girl said I can put it in the microwave ....yah kidding right I think soup is supposed to be hot...geese

Usually good, until I witnessed a male employee leaving the bathroom stall without washing his hands...going immediately to behind the counter to prepare food. My money was promptly refunded, but the manager never cared to ask me to ID him...

Great concept not executed, especially since the GM is a rude jerk and when I complained about it it was completely disregarded. Also please if you are going to go " clean" then at least offer items not spoiling or stale, disgusting.
