First let me say the wings are excellent and I always look forward to eating them. However, the service here has been terrible last couple of times I have come and sat at the bar for lunch. The first time it took a while before my traditional wings were served after I ordered them. Today though was a real let down in the service! There were two bartenders on, the first asked for my order which was pretty simple, 18 wings in medium sauce with extra blue cheese. So while I wait, I start browsing the web on my phone to pass the time and before I know it nearly 40 minutes have gone by and still no wings. I start getting an annoyed look on my face because I am here on my lunch break and I only have so much time before I have to head back. The second bartender asks me if everything is OK and I told her no, I am kind of hungry and I ordered nearly 40 minutes ago and still no wings. She checked the system and the first girl never even put my wing order in (or put it in wrong, I couldnt tell from where I was sitting). So the girl gets me my order within about 5 minutes of going back to the kitchen. Great, unfortunately, I have to really suck them down so I am not too late getting back to work, so I dont really get to enjoy them that much. Well time for the bill and I notice that they charged me full price instead of the 50 cent wing special. Turns out the order was rung up as boneless wings and now they have to credit my card back and ring it up right which takes a bit becuase they have to get the manager. Needless to say, when all is said and done, not once did the first bartender or especially the manager even apologize for the problems with the service. The second bartender was great and took care of each issue right away at least, only bright spot of the whole thing. In the end I feel it really reflected poorly on their customer service skills. The manager should have at least come over and apologize and maybe knock a little off the bill or offer me a coupon for some free wings. Even if they couldnt knock anything off the bill or give me a coupon, the least the manager could have done was come over and personally apologize ensuring me it would not happen again. Instead I felt like they never tried to even acknowledge their mistakes and do something to make me feel like I would want to come back again.

My brother and I headed to BWW to catch the game of our favorite team as we have done several times this year. Upon arriving we noticed people standing around at the front and decided to seat ourselves in the bar area, as weve done so many times before. We stood around for a few seconds while we tried to figure out which of the 7/8 open tables put us in the best position to see our team play. Once we found the best table we decided to get settled in and watch the opening drive of our game. No sooner as we sit down we are approached by a waiter. He informs us that we need to go and sign in at the front. Are you kidding me? There are no shortage of empty, unused tables in the area and we are being made to go to the front to sign in?!? Reluctantly, we get up and head to the front. We meet another fan of our team who informs us he has been waiting 15 minutes for a table in the area we just left and he is even more frustrated than we are. We agree to sit together, should we ever actually sit. After 10 minutes and an unseen TD drive, we decide that we would rather go down the street to a local bar that might actually appreciate our business. After years of loyalty to BWW I can personally say I will never step foot in another BWW for the rest of my life, I dont care if they offer free all you can eat wings. Unbelievably poor service and unnecessary "no self seating" rule in the bar area prevented me and my brother from fully enjoying our Sunday game.

Terrible. Unprofessional. We waited 20minutes unattended before asking a manager to have someone help serve us. And its not like the place was busy or they were under staffed. But the manager was on her personal cell phone and we waited for her to be finished. We at least wanted some drinks given that it was 90 degrees out. She said shell get someone over to help us. Others were seated AFTER us and were served drinks and their orders were taken. After another 10 minutes of no one helping and seeing everyone else get served we left because we clearly werent welcomed. On the way out we were offered to stay because they were "having a special on Thursday". But the kicker is that we were informed by someone else who works there that we were not served because the servers were having a dispute about who is going to take the table as if we were a burden. And I also could not help but notice we were the only people of color there at the time, and I would hate to think they were being racist but I genuinely cant think of any other reason. NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE!

Our waiter was okay.. seemed new but he tried his best. My problem was the food and the wait time to get seated. We stood at the hostess stand for at least ten minutes before anyone came by. Then we waited at least another ten minutes for a waiter. Note that it was a Sunday at about 8 oclock. It was not busy. We ordered loaded potato skins as an appetizer and I may be wrong about this... but arent they supposed to have cheese or like toppings at all.. thats where the "loaded" comes from? It was pretty much an eight dollar plate of plain fried potatoes. My girlfriend got some boneless buffalo wings that she described as "room temperature".. my boyfriend got French fries with a wrap. They were THE most disgusting fries Ive ever seen in my life. They were inedible and a complete waste. I also got fries but they were golden brown and hot. Why didnt he receive the same quality food? This place is gross. Our sodas all tasted like water and two out of three of us were served old/cold/undercooked food. I wont be back

This place USED to be great when it first opened. Now it always take more then 30 minutes to get your food and sometimes even an hour. I will order carry out and be told it will be done in 20 minutes, I arrive 25 minutes later to pick it up and usually spend another 15-20 minutes waiting. Whenever I try to apply a discount I am always waiting on a manager that seems to never be near by to give the discount so that usually takes another 10 minutes. So by the time I finally get my food I am so frustrated I leave without looking at my food until I get home and notice they actually served me the burned small little pieces of breading that are so small they dont even have chicken in them. I really want to go back but the service here is absolutely horrible. Until they hire a new manager or change there customer service this place will continue to be horrible. Go get wings and beer somewhere else that will actually be worth your time.
