Ive tried this tacobell several times. And every time I always say Im going to give them another chance. But today I am DONE. I get the same order every time we go there. I get two cheesy gordita crunches with nacho cheese, and a bean burrito. Out of the 5 times weve gone there the gorditas are nearly empty every time. Like they literally put half the ingredients they are supposed to. I want to add that I worked at tacobell when I was 16, so Im fully aware that every item is supposed to meet a certain weight. Secondly, the flat bread is always dry and the taco shells are always stale. Today the nacho cheese side cups I ordered had CHUNKS in them and dried cheese which only happens when the employees are not cleaning the containers out and changing them within the time they are supposed to be changed. Im so disgusted I cant even finish my meal. Ill also be posting this review on ever site that I can. Thanks for nothing Norwich-Salem tacobell.

Possibly one of the worst experiences Ive ever had in my entire life. I decided to dine in with a friend immediately we realize this was an unforgivable mistake we had taken upon ourselves. Not only was the food completely unpalatable and inedible some kind of record breaking amount humans were inside that small vicinity of a hell hole you can call store front was unbearable I waited 45 minutes for my "meal" reassured by horrible customer service. from one human who didnt want to be here to another human I didnt want to be there it was an awkward conversation the drive-thru was so backed up it made it impossible for me to leave the parking lot so I had no choice but to ride out this disgusting Sandstorm of experience. In total only $8.27 but somewhere inside I lost my dignity as a human I later called the store when youre closing to ask if they located my dignity, no luck so fair.

Every time I go here the wait is redicoulous. Just to get 2 soft tacos takes an average of 12.3 minutes. Employees stand around and have awful customer service. If there is gonna be a wait you should acknowledge the customers and at least say we will be with you shortly.

Terrible I wouldnt of given 1 star .. my food was made wrong so i was told which is why I stood and waited for almost 15 min then I got my food and guess what ? It was made wrong again and was just slapped together .. and inedible .. wont make mistake of going here again

usually have issues with the food here. no one can seem to make the food correctly. If your not getting an attitude from the cashier, its someone in the back from the local halfway house that is making your food crappy.

This is the worst taco bell Ive ever been to. My food was not only served literally ice cold, but it was so stale it felt like it might break my teeth. Dont waste your time with this place, its terrible.

Staff is more concerned with the drive thru then the customers inside the restaurant . I watched 36 tocos go out the window when I have been waiting for 15 min. then my food was COLD . This place sucks.

The foods good..But the wait time is horrible. Almost always a line of cars in drive thru. I sat at the window almost 5 minutes after 15 minutes in line.And the inside isnt any quicker
