This place Has the BEST HONEY GLAZE DONUT, BEST CANNOLI & BEST CREAM PUFFS. WHY? The DONUT is like eating a lightly sweetened to perfection cloud with the perfect amount of glaze(BETTER THAN CRISPY CREAM SORRY). The CANNOLI(Italian bakeries take note) this has that hint of almond flavor that all you cannoli lovers desire with the crispy outer shell. I love the kind with miniature chocolate chips. And... the CREAM PUFF filling is light and airy with a cool sweetness that is not overpowering... These above all are my favs, but they also specialize in BREAD BAKING TOO, Whole grain, ITALIAN bread, RYE(delicious) to name a few. Stop in, ITS WORTH THE WAIT(THATS HOW YOU KNOW ITS GREAT), and IF you ask how they are PRICED? MY answer is THEY DONT CHARGE ENOUGH FOR THE TASTE & QUALITY...

O.M.G The donuts... Bavarian, jelly and glazed are what I usually get. OMG like right from the oven to your mouth. I have been there different times of the day, its always the same. Awesome place for anything your taste buds like from a top notch bakery, it will be fresh and it will be your "Go Too" place for sure. Ok well .... Now I have to take a ride there. Forewarning .... When you tell your friends about this place, you might as well pile them all in your vehicle and tell them on the way because by the time you tell them, your gonna go there anyways. EDIT: 5/20/16: Yes there are several wifi hot spots here.

I ordered two Birthday cakes just a week apart and my Boyfriends cake exceeded my expectations, I was introduced through my mother which she was through a friend on fb, and this is the bestest bakery hands down for all your special occassions. Thank you all at Brooklyn bakery for the amazing experience and the delicious melt in your mouth cakes, i also recieved one for my B-day last year so far the marble cake, white cake and coconut flavored cakes are AMAZING AND the donuts dont get me started. This is the place for sure!

Ill keep this short and sweet, mostly because Im still eating my BLT. Place is a TOTAL hidden gem. Im not a big bakery/sweets guy...but Ive heard amazing things from others. I went more for the sandwich/fresh bread angle. Simply one of the best BLTs Ive ever had. Made with thick cut, lightly toasted fresh Italian bread, and heaped with crispy lettuce and ripe tomatoes. Freaking unreal. Also snagged a loaf of fresh baked bread. Prices are ridiculous, service is awesome. Ill be back regularly.

The best bakery of the Greater Waterbury area! Everything is phenomenal in taste and beyond reasonable in price. The donuts are 75 cents a piece... thats cheaper and far, far better than Dunkin Donuts. The breads are to die for and the breakfast menu sets a pretty high standard. When in doubt, grab a bacon, egg and cheese, and a jelly donut.

WORST SERVICE EVER THIS MORNING. 12-15 PEOPLE IN LINE FOR DONUTS SO I WENT TO THE CASHIER TO ORDER A BKFST COMBO WHICH ALWAYS TAKES 8-10 MINS ANYWAY AND WAS TOLD TO WAIT IN THE DONUT LINE WHILE PEOPLE DECIDED THE COMPOSITION THEREOF. NEEDLESS TO SAY I WILL NEVER AGAIN SET FOOT IN THEIR MEDIOCRE ESTABLISHMENT.

Literally the best everything ever. My co-worker brought some donuts into work...I couldnt stop thinking about them until I went there. They are really delicious and full of flavor and the pastry is one of a kind. They blow any franchised donuts out of the water.

The donuts are so good and the sliced Italian bread was phenomenal. Not the only perks of this bakery but the prices are really good too. They dont overcharge you like some bakeries Ive been too. Who knew a gem like this could be hidden in Waterbury.
