I placed an order online the night before for the sole purpose of being able to just go in and pick it up from the shelf and save time and be on my way. That didnt happen. Not only did I have to wait in line, they had to search for the order and then came back to ask me if it was an online order. Then, when I got back to my car and checked the order, I had to turn around and go right back in because they did not include any of the tubs of cream cheese that I had ordered and already paid for. When I went back in, I had to wait in line again! Terrible customer service! Will not ever go back to this location! :(

Broccoli Cheddar Soup, lets put this in this way, I love cooking, specialy soups ( I am vegetarian for 13 years ) with a lot of experience in kitchen, BUT THIS SOUP: BROCCOLI CHEDDAR SOUP, is SUPER SPECIAL, I am not even going to try to do similar myself, for me and my wife is extremely delicious, perfect (not JUST perfect but REALLY REALLY super perfect + a piece of fresh bread ( try to put little pieces of bred into soup...) ... I just can not resist , of You like soup this is definitely THE ONE to try , and the a little bit of something sweet and life is exelent

Very cean, polite staff. Nice size, isles will accommodate a wheel chair. Bathrooms large enough for wheelchair too. Outdoor seating is next to drive through, thats why only 4 stars. This is a better than most Paneras. The coffee area and pastries were FRESH... not sitting all day. Very bust drive through. There was enough seating for everyone. There were more small tables than the larger 6 seaters. There was about 5 six seaters, they really understand their clientele. PLENTY of parking all size vehicles l.

My food is normally always good, the sandwich this time which I only got a grilled cheese for my daughter was soggy with no crunch at all and it was basically stuck to the bottom of the box. We went through the drive thru and the women taking the order was rushing us and overall seemed like we were bothering her. At the window we werent greeted just took the payment and eventually handed us the food and shut the window, there was no talking at all. The lady working that night was rude.

Panera Bread in Southington is an excellent place to eat. The staff if very friendly, efficient and helpful. The restaurant is clean and comfy. The good is delicious. I recently interacted with 2 staff members on 2 separate visits. Gabby and Maureen. Both doing a wonderful job. Made my visits fun.

The service is surprisingly fast considering the quality of the food, its my go to place when I need something quick but dont want it with 40+ grams of fat. The even have a drive thru and offer online ordering, but you cant yet pick up your online order from drive thru they need to work on that.
