I worked at carvel. I got panic attacks everyday, and spent my breaks crying, because of the job. I was then fired over the phone because there was one customer on their phone that i walked away from because she was being rude. To all the annoying and rude customers that come in everyday. No, i cannot make the machine work faster, no, i cant replace the ice cream that we ran out of. No, i dont just know what size you want that in im not a mind reader. And yes, you have to ask for a lid and a spoon if you want it. I know that customers are in a rush and all that jazz, but we do everything by hand. It takes time, so be god damn pacient. The staff will do everything they can to make you happy, but you dont have to be a duck about it

Nice staff and clean. Ice cream is ok. Soft serve sucks. I love the idea of the Carvelanche but the ice cream is not good enough to pull it off. In Dairy Queen they serve the same thing (called the Blizzard) except they serve it to the customer upside down, to show it is still frozen. If Carvel did this the ice cream would be all over the floor. I worked in a Carvel a really long time ago and the ice cream quality was better then. There is something wrong with the soft serve. I cant wait until the DQ opens in November so I can avoid Carvel for a ice cream fix.

This place is horrible. Stood on line for about 10 minutes through the rush. People came after me but were served first, again thats ok I still waited. The store is empty only my children and I, I put my things on the counter and again wait. No one likes a impatient customer.... one employee walks past, the second employee walked past, and the third walk past no one says a word.... a group of people come in and the one girl immediately begins to serve them.

I grew up on Carvel and I was in the area and wanted Carvel which I can not get where I live. The ice cream machine was turned off after each cone and the ice cream was so soft that it melted. Not happy. Very disappointed
