Whenever we stop at Trumbull Mall we make sure to leave room for Sarkus teriyaki chicken with noodles and cabbage. The serving sizes are generous. The food is prepared while you wait and you can see them cooking the food. I always ask for extra cabbage and the server always smiles and loads up the veggies. A good spot for a pleasing and filling lunch!
