Starbucks usually puts forth a pretty polished experience and this place is in disrepair. The banquette seating in the back has been falling apart for years and the tables are all worn. I can understand things being dated but honestly, the bench is awful and not inviting. I am shocked that the management hasnt updated it. The music is usually too loud if I have my own head set on I can still hear it loudly through my headset. The people who work there are really nice for the most part. I would come here more often if it wasnt so run down. Its not up to Starbucks standards to me. Hoping they take this as constructive criticism. Thank you.

Everyone is very friendly. That being said, it should not take 20 minutes to get a coffee! The pace and service is ridiculously slow - people in real life just do not have 8-9 minutes to stand in line WITHOUT IT MOVING at all. I am not sure how this has not been addressed yet.

They use to have good Baristas but they left so they seem to be cycling out new employees every week, hate paying 5 bucks for a large cup of milk instead of a Macchiato. Same shizz happened in milford at the one in the mall parking lot, what the eff!

A nice place in a more blue-collar neighborhood, with good attentive personnel. There is no drive-through window service, but youll find the same familiar fine quality Cafe beverages and food offerings expected from Starbucks.

The cashier was friendly, but the girl that fixed the drinks was VERY UNFRIENDLY!! Other than that its a nice place and comfortable atmosphere.
