Disgusting. I would rate this place zero stars if I could! When you come in, there is no one there to greet you so we ended up seating ourselves. When the waitress came to us, she did not greet us but simply asked if we wanted a menu or all you can eat. We indicated the latter, and she gave us our slips and left. Service was EXTREMELY slow even though the restaurant was not packed. When the sushi came out it looked and tasted terrible. Eel avocado roll was 99.9% avocado and had no taste. Their eel sauce tasted funny. The fish in one of the rolls was so nasty and slimy looking that we did not even attempt to try the roll. I have literally eaten sushi in every part of the country and have never seen sushi look disgusting like this!! We told the waitress and she was offended, stating that no one else complained about bad fish. We told her we didnt care and that we werent going to eat it. They refused to give us more rolls because they claimed we wasted food. They gave us eel sashimi, which is the only thing we wanted to eat. The appetizers are also bland. We will never be back. Nasty, gross looking sushi and terrible service is what you will get. If you want good, all-you-can eat sushi, go to Sushi Palace!!

I have been a regular since Kama Sushi opened, and heres my take. For roughly 20 dollars, you get all-you-can-eat sushi, noodles, apps, soups and salads, and dessert. Unless it is really busy, food is served fast and is definitely very high quality. Whats not to love about that! Unfortunately, the staff often seems unfriendly or uninterested. As noted in another review, they will short you by several pieces of sushi/sashimi every time, especially when you place a larger all-you-can-eat order. Even with those caveats however, this place has been my go-to eatery for sushi because of the aforementioned positive attributes of this restaurant. Also, you will never leave hungry with all you can eat. If your a big guy like me (6ft 3 250 lbs) and youre starving after work even though you just ate 3 hrs ago, AND you like sushi, go here; hands down!!

Unknowledgeable staff, no one fills up your water when you need more, they dont ask you how everything is. You walk in and youre not greeted. God forbid you ask for their attention and they tell you to hold on. I witnessed a waitress snatch a paper out of a mans hand. The food is terrible. Its not fresh. Anyone who comes here and tells you its good doesnt know what good sushi is. If it were up to me, I would close this place down for the horrible food and service.

This is the place to go if you want your fill of good sushi & sashimi without it costing a fortune. The atmosphere may be somewhat lacking, but the wait staff is very attentive and the menu quite varied, with many offerings other than sushi. Their specialty rolls are great & while not technically sushi; Id strongly recommend their fried "Softshell crab roll"! Went at 7pm on a Friday & there was no wait. For only $21, this value cant be beat!

Watch when you order from all you can eat sushi menu vs. what you actually get on plate. They mess the rolls all the time, giving you not what you ordered but rather what make save them more in long run. I have been there twice and they served low end rolls mostly even when I did not order it. When you ask for the right roll, they seem to acknowledge but ignore at the end so you wont get what you wanted. Wont come back neither recommend it.

The unlimited sushi deal is excellent. It includes a wide range of items such as dumplings, soups, tempura, desserts, and of course sushi. Many of these items are not particularly good. In particular, the appetizers are mostly frozen items heated up in the kitchen. But the sushi is entirely decent. The fish choices are limited, but they make a variety of rolls plus sashimi and nigiri, and all this for under $20. It is a pretty amazing deal.

Food was okay. Annoyed me that the server reached OVER my meal to retrieve an empty plate. After all the rules about wasting food, we were not allowed to take the last 3 pieces of the roll we paid for, since partaking in the All you can eat price. They made us waste food ! They made us aware that they charged the wrong price for the day of the week then giggled amongst themselves. No. Tip!! Not impressed. Wont go again!

This place used to be my favorite place to go to, there used to be great customer service and the the food was amazing. Today my experience was horrible, they were so slow sat us far away from everyone else in the corner, barely gave us attention, we had to keep calling them to give us the sheets for the buffet and didnt give us enough plates etc for our table. Absolutely horrible, never going back.

Had the all you can eat menu with my 9 year old son. He tried a bunch of kinds of sushi. The all you can eat also covers many kitchen dishes. We also tried gyoza, tempura, miso soup, and katsu. I am not versed in what makes japanese food great, but we enjoyed it all. The service was pleasant and efficient, and attentively allowed to place orders as we wanted to.

For $20 a person, this place is everything you can ask for for this price. The sushi is decent for the price, and while there were only two waitstaff, they did a great job making sure all the tables were attended. I appreciated that this place didnt use too much rice on the sushi. If youre looking for a cheap place to get decent sushi, give this place a try!

I use to like this place, now for the past 5-6 times I have been here you never get your full order. You order 6 piece of salmon sushi. You get 3. YOU order 6 rolls and you get 4.. and you only get it if you ask.. not good coustemer service.. and I know its all you can eat and you can order it again but thats not the point

Excellent experience. Did the all you can eat option - food was beautiful, fresh and good portion sizes (not the mini-sized sushi bites you might get with other all you can eat places.) Prices were reasonable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Environment was clean and I would go again in a heartbeat.

Ehh its okay. Theres a language barrier with the server. No help on giving you whats popular or whats good in the menu. Also, they just give you the sushi that you ordered. They dont tell you which sushi is which

We have been going to this restaurant since it opened. The owner is very hands on, we always have great service. They are very busy now be patient as they adjust. It is worth the wait the fish is always fresh.

Friendly atmosphere. Certainly, good sashimi and sushi. It is a go to. Waitress were very friendly and extremely polite. Price is right. Friday and Saturday night are always a fullhouse. Highly Recommended.

The food quality is n not the best and the waitress was all stressing and couple times we get the wrong orders ... the place is clean but not worth the money ... I have seen way better sushi places
