Good Evening, I went to this establishment today with a group of 4. Needless to say we all left extremely upset and one of my friends was so upset he could not even eat. Everything started out fine when we ordered our appetizers and put in the meal orders at the same time. Our appetizer came out in a timely manner but then a half an hour passed and we noticed everyone around us including people who had come after us were getting their meals and we werent. Our waiter came and assured us wed be receiving them shortly. After another 20 minutes goes by he comes back and says "there was a glitch and the meal orders never went through". We ended up waiting in total about an hour and a half just to get our main meals. He told the manager and he offered us a free desert and discount for the inconvience. However when the food came the waiter got all of our orders wrong. My brother ordered two different sauces for his wings and only got one flavor of sauce on his whole order. He also gave me a snack size honey bbq instead of the garlic Parmesan I ordered. He comes back and tells my friend she is eating the wrong wrap and just takes it away from her and gives her the correct one when she was already half way through the first meal and was enjoying it. He told my brother and I he would bring us each a snack garlic Parmesan and instead brought us a small to share which isnt smart as a waiter because some people are really picky when it comes to how they eat their food. We finally finished and the free dessert came out the rest of my group ate it as I didnt want any. Finally another 30 or so minutes after we were done the bill comes out and is all incorrectly separated. Our waiter Joel gave us a major attitude when we brought this up to him. It took them forever to charge the cards and bill us and after ALL OF THE MISTAKES AND 3 hours spent in this restaurant our waiter Joel had the audacity to come to us and complain about how we did not give him a tip. He said and I quote "we gave you a free desert and discount and your not leaving a tip" with an attitude. I am surprised he even expected one after the torturous 3 hours spent by the end my friends and I were itching to leave the restaurant. It goes without saying we will never be eating at this or any other BWW for that matter again.

Note - I went to the White Plains restaurant. Why put Buffalo Wings in your name when they suck? Did they pick the skinniest chickens alive? And they dont cover their wings in sauce. They merely drizzle it over, leaving quite a bit of dry surface. Very sloppy job. I had the Pulled Pork sandwich and it had the same problem. It was dry. Its supposed to be saucy and wet and delicious, but it was a mostly dry sandwich. Unacceptable. The onion rings were good I suppose. Much better than the fries!!!! Get the onion rings! Service sucks (40 minutes after ordering to get 5 plates of food out). The waitress forgot to bring our appetizer over, so it came about 50 minutes after we ordered. WTF moment there. Beer selection is decent. Nice atmosphere, but Id prefer if my money went into the FOOD, not the millions of TVs Im not watching.

I have been to Buffalo Wild Wings in Port Chester twice and have been disappointed both times. Wings are below average, not crisp and the Buffalo sauce is too thick. The wings always look like they have spent too much time under the heat lamp before they make their way out to the table. We tried the nachos today and they had hardly any toppings on the chips. When we asked Frank our waiter he apologized, took them off the bill and told us that was normal. All is all for wings, nachos and fried food you can go better and just about any pub in Westchester. If you are going to the movies next door, take a walk down Main Street in Port Chester and go to Q. You will be happy.

Clearly its a bunch of armatures running the show there with no leadership. Their customer service sucks. It took me 7-8 phone calls just to get a simply answer to "Do you have any drink specials?". I spoke to five different person, got put on hold and transferred every time. Then I asked to speak to a manager and she couldnt even answer that question and transferred me back to the bar. So annoyed, too bad they just lost business with my buddies choosing go to another establishment instead!

While BWW is a nice option for watching sports on the many big screen TVs, the menu options are limited by nature of the franchise approach. This location offers a nice benefit, the cavernous location provides an interesting sound insulation of surrounding cacophony while conversations are still possible. Try sitting in the bar area on a busy night, loud background noise doesnt impair a normal level conversation with your party.

Lots of TVs with various sports events on them. I dont care for the sports, but even if I did, I dont think I would notice with the beautiful plate of honey barbecue, and garlic Parmesan traditional wings temporarily sitting in front of me, before I relocate their succulent meat to a happier place.

Worse experience ever! The waitress had an attitude problem and then she got the order wrong! On top of that she charged me for something that I never order.They should really check the bill before they give it to the customer. I get BETTER service at McDonalds then Buffalo Wild Wings!

1. Margarita had no alcohol, only sugar and water. 2. Nachos with chili had no chili in it. Nonexistent levels of grounded meat. 3. No tabasco sauce to go over nachos, had to buy hot sauce (wing sauce). Made a pact with friends never to return to this establishment ever again.

Kid friendly warm hostess and upbeat atmosphere. Prices reasonable but healthy choices hard to find. A different alternative to the resturant scene in port chester. If u come without kids a great place to hang with freinds that dont care about counting calories

This place is a joke. Took 50 minutes for 2 burgers and an order of wings. They couldnt get the checks right, and when I asked for the status of our order 3 times it was "Just another minute and it should be out" over the span of 25 minutes.. Food sucked too.

This restaurant has buffalo wings, as you would expect. They also have all the usual American-type entrees and salads. Service is good and the food comes out reasonably quickly. As a bonus, they have a buffalo wing special on Tuesdays.

I loved my waitress. She was extremely attentive and she had bubbly personality. Even the manager was friendly. The drinks were weak and had way to much sour in them. The bartender was new so hopefully with time she will get better.

Mixed drinks had absolutely no alcohol, I complained about it and had to BUY the extra alcohol for my drink. I also had to buy the sauce on my "unlimited" wings. Cant take any wings home for the unlimited wings.

It was ok we were there mod day on a Sunday they were not busy took forever to get a waitress and very long time to get food. On the upside they were friendly and food was good.
