I went to The Cadillac Ranch on a Saturday night with an open mind as I had never been there before. I have to say it was not only lame, but disappointing. First of all parking was a nightmare, despite my opinion of it, this place is clearly a popular place as my friend and I got one of the last three parking spaces and it wasnt even 9pm yet. We had to park behind the place in the grass area. There must have been well over 100 cars. Walking in was quick process, but getting a drink at the main bar when you walk in took well over 10 minutes. This place is clearly understaffed. The bartender was inattentive and despite passing my friend and I several times did not even acknowledge us. There was also a male staff member standing around in the bar doorway who despite looking right at me and my friend did not even think to mention to the bartender that people in our area were waiting for a drink. Also, the women helping the bartender didnt even seem to notice us either. Overall they really need to have 2 or 3 bartenders instead of 1 given the amount of people in the place. My next complaint about what made this place lame is the age demographic, being in my young 20s it would have been nice to see other people my age, but I would say the primary age demographic was 30s - 60s. There were also a lot of creeper guys (30+) who kept trying to hit on my female friends (20s). They would have to repeatedly tell some of the same guys they were not interested. Overall, it looked like a lot of older guys looking to prey on younger women. My third complaint is the shots that the shot girls passed around. While they tasted great, there was so little alcohol in them that after having 8 in about 60-90 minutes (or less) I did not even have a buzz. Keep in mind I had 4 mixed drinks prior to this (vodka/rum based). Now, Im no alcoholic or anything, but I kept buying the shots because a) they were cheap and b) I thought eventually Id get a mild buzz. Wasnt even looking to go crazy, just wanted a light buzz if you know what I mean. As if all this wasnt enough, the place was so over crowded my group of friends and I were basically pressed up against the wall because there was just too many people to comfortably sit/stand in the place. Overall, I dont see myself coming back to this place. I really have no positive comments to say about the place and instead of being a fun night it was a pretty dull one.

Placed a drink and food order after arriving early to the Ranch around 7:20. The place was half empty and not yet packed with patrons. It took 20 minutes to receive our drinks (all the same thing). And an hour and a half to receive the only food item ordered (Chicken Fingers w/ Blu Cheese dipping sauce) It was approx 8:30 by the time they arrived to our table. I felt this was troublesome and spoke with Peter the general manager. He apologized for the wait which was appreciated, but then proceeded to tell me its because of the volume of orders and the fact that they dont have enough friars. And when the order came out with the WRONG dipping sauce he proceeded to say that "well the honey mustard is usually what people get" that may be the case, but then why offer "Blu cheese or Honey Mustard" in your menu under this starter. It was disgusting that he made that poor excuse. I fully expected these tenders (Not an entree mind you) be taken off my bill. At which point he said, "You ate them didnt you." Of course I ate them I was kept waiting and by that point very hungry. Now I love the dancing and I like the staff. This place is usually a good time, but how can they call themselves The Cadillac Ranch "Restaurant" if there service is so poor and their Manager disrespectful. To top it off I had brought a friend with me to see this place for the first time. It was extremely embarrassing to have to complain about the excessive wait and then have such an uncaring reply. Go for the dancing, pay the cover and forget about ordering food!

This place is by far one of the best country dance halls I had the opportunity to go to across the U.S. open everyday except Mondays they offer karaoke on Wednesdays Thursdays and Sundays. They also offer dance lessons on Every night. The staff are great people and the patrons are also a very good crowd of regulars. Thats are open to newcomers.

@Danielle I am sorry to hear of your problem with the karaoke DJ but I have taken over for those days and I would love for you to give the karaoke another try while I am hosting :) I love the caring nature of everyone at the ranch and proud to be there!

Not impressed!! Wish there was a zero star option! Would not recommend this place for karaoke at all!! Dj only likes certain songs. If he doesnt like your song you wont be put in rotation! Will not return and def wouldnt recommend!!

Huge bar with very large country line dancing space, mechanical bull and pool tables. Multiple bars inside to order drinks from... Service can be rather slow on popular nights, with food taking 30-40 minutes to arrive.

If you like country and modern music and like to dance, this is the place to go. I dance east coast and west coast swing, cha cha, waltz, two step, night club two step, partner and line dance all night long.

Its a nice place, pretty cheap drinks. Only thing is, not every song you square dance to. Like come on why the hell would square dance to footloose. Thats a disgrace to the song and movie.

I have been to this restaurant many many times, the food and prices are fantastic especially for the location. However be prepared for a wait during peak times.

Only country line dancing in the state! $5 cover and they will teach you how to line dance. Patrons are friendly and there is a mechanical bull.

While drinking they decided to charge 2$ for water to drink from a bottel. Tap water is no longer allowed. Due to low income. Hmmmmm

Fun place overall. But food takes forever and they give bottled water so they can charge for it. HUGE turnoff.
