Food was great.. As it ALWAYS is, but unfortunately Im giving 3 stars because the service was poor. It couldve simply been that the waiter i had in particular wasnt that great... Considering this was my first time in this ihop Ill give it the benefit of the doubt. When the server first came to take our order.. I requested a few more minutes until we were ready... He actually stood next to us the whole time..... Awkward much? Then he served us our food and disappeared for a while.. Then came back to give us the check when we werent done and wanted to order dessert. He comes back to give us the check again... I didnt even get to finish signing it and he comes back to grab it. Like i said... The ihop chain itself is awesome... Unfortunately i wasnt happy with my service here.

This has been my third and will be my FINAL visit to this iHop. To begin we were placed in a back booth, and after we ordered we were completely forgotten. Our food took forever to come to us, yet there were only about three other families present in the establishment. When our food finally came it was cold and not very appetizing. Our waiter kindly accommodated to us by bringing replacements and such, but then immediately disappeared to who knows where, and again we were the only ones they had been serving to. We were constantly searching for them, to the point on three occasions we had to ask three different employees to find our waiter. Overall this visit was the cherry on top of awful stack of experiences at this restaurant.

Dont come here at night. I just got here to have dinner (10:50 PM) and they are completely closed. It is not a holiday nor did I come after normal business hours. It is a Friday night so they should be open until midnight. I called the other IHOPs in the area to see if maybe they all were closing early and it just wasnt posted and they were all open. I would just go to another location but the closest one is in Hamden. This location apparently does not care about having business if they just close early. Everything was completely closed with the lights off which means that they started shutting down at least an hour ago. Ridiculous.

You gotta love all you can eat pancakes. Really though, for a chain, this is decent breakfast. Pancakes are pretty good. My wife loves the Cinnastack pancakes. Bottomless coffee and healthier menu options added to a helpful staff that will always make things right for you makes for a good experience. Plus, is always busy but always clean.

Love the food, servers are way too busy cant handle too many customers at the same time but its understanding...would be good if Im talking just look at me only so you can make sure I get what I want then you can go and do whatever while Im eating.

Ok, sunday mornings this place is a bit crazy. But any other time, IHOP is perfect for high quality unpretentious food. I wouldnt hold your wedding reception here, but if its a late night and you just want some damn waffles. you cant beat ihop.

Food is always good. Staff has been likeable each time Ive gone. I like the Tea by Revolution. Has me out looking for it. I was given a few tea bags on my birthday by staff. OCTOBER Apple -something pancakes should stay on the menu.

We waited over 30 minutes for service with a party of 7. At that point the wait staff did not know what to do and turned us away. Went to duchess down the street. Their now ate breakfast and got a delicious chocolate chip cookie.

They give you so many breakfast options every week. There is even a national pancake day where they give you free pancakes all day. The drinks are also GREAT! The hot chocolate taste so much like caramel, yum!

The food provided here is very filling and to an exception of opinion is very delicious. Sometimes in dependence of the cook the food could come out unappetizing but in most of out of 10 it is very good.
