I wish I could give this more than three stars because the staff is generally very nice and are pretty good at remembering you and your standard order, but the coffee and long lines knock it down to three stars. I do however have to give credit for their cold brewed coffee as its not as acidic as the usual Starbucks coffee shop they (as in Starbucks in general) are brewing better coffee than in the past, at least if you like iced coffee. Its a convenient location as well, although it can be downright impossible to turn left out of there during rush hour because its located so close to the turn people have to take to get on the Route 7 connector.

I really enjoy the food and beverages here. I have been to many Starbucks locations and I have consistently had problems with one of the staff. She is rude and unprofessional. I dont think Starbucks would want her representing their company if they knew how she treated customers. This store needs a strong manager who wont tolerate this kind of customer service from one of its employees.

Sat in the drive thru behind someone for 15 minutes, zero sense of urgency from staff or willingness to send them forward to wait so others could get their massive order. Coffee and food are average for Starbucks. Ill stick to the Wilton location where they know people have places to be in the morning.

I came in here after my car broke down. As I ordered a coffee clearly distraught over something, the employee at the counter told me not to worry about paying, and just then a little part of my day was made better. This place is now my favorite starbucks, thank you for employing such good people.

I am so upset.. I just left there.. ordered 2 Savory Square Spinich Squares.. They were Burnt.. Since I drove all the way home.. could not really drive back.. PAID $12.95 FOR ONE COFFEE AND 2 SQUARES.. THEY WERE BURNT BAD !! NOW IM CALLING THEM AND NO ANSWER... I FEEL REALLY RIPPED OFF !

I tried to go to this location with a positive attitude for weeks... And I gave up! Staff is slow, careless about customer satisfaction, slow and drinks are mediocre. Ill stick with SB Wilton river rd. It is a bit more out of my way, but at least I am not starting my day aggravated!

Every month there are new posters etc promoting a new menu item or items. And every month when I try to order them Im told they are all out. Sometimes on the first day the posters go up. so frustrating. stop teasing me starbucks.

Friendly staff, no changing station, Whoever picks the music needs to be retrained, I love rock and roll but nonstop Lincin Park at max volume is more than even I can take when trying to have a conversation.

I believe it was an good experience. However, the menu for drive thru is so small. Its very difficult to be able to read the Starbucks refreshers flavors or any flavor options if you are a new customer.

Classic shop. To the point, nice to relax, or grab and go. I grabbed and went on my way a nice fall day. Coffee was strong and tasty. I was definitely Abe to get through the day and all I had in store.
