Every once in a while, Id feel a little nauseous after eating delivery from here, but I always thought it was a reaction to too much msg or something, but the last time we ordered from here, we had a really disgusting experience. The chow mien we ordered had rotten shrimp in it. I cant imagine how they could miss something as foul and gross as what was in that container, I could smell it before I even opened it. When I opened it, it was like being punching in the face by a fist of maggots. I called them, the girl on the phone was totally sarcastic and told me it was their marinade! Yeah, right. I had to bring the container out to the garage because it smelled so bad. Our appetites were ruined and the rest of the food from Hong Kong kitchen was thrown in the trash, because none of us felt like taking the risk. Will never risk eating from this bio hazard again.

Very rude over the phone! I gave an order for 6 people (lots of money) and I was cut off and spoken to in a very sarcastic passive aggressive manner. I told them my entire 6 orders and my address, and they said "we dont deliver there today". Today?? After I told you the whole order?? I would understand if they told me at the beginning of the call, but I sat there and went through all 6 orders before they said that. Huge waste of time. And they lost out on a lot of money! Shame on you. Be kind to people, especially your impressionable customers. Have a blessed day.

I called and their so quick to hang up the phone. Doesnt seem very plesent. I asked if they have eggs in the rice it was an automatic no and didnt even offer to put any. As well, it says it closes at 11:30 but he tells me to hurry up and come to pick up my food cause they close in 15 mins which it is 10:49! Poor service ever!

Rude over the phone, I once called them on the phone and it took them forever to answer, and when they did answer they picked it up really quick and said "were closed for Chinese New years" I tried to apologize and whoever was on the other line hung up. Im ordering from somewhere else from now on.

Best place for Chinese takeout always have had only good experiences at Hong Kong kitchen, food is always excellent as is the staff always friendly, and busy cooking up someones order so they must be doing something right, its also my go-to place when I start to fell under the weather.

I think the food is great here. They have the best chicken with broccoli with white rice meal. There beef teriyaki appetizer is also one of the best Ive ever had. Its not much of a sit down place, but the food is excellent.

The food is too salty and they sneak in a delivery charge without telling you. A delivery charge isnt mentioned either on the menu or on-line.
