Im not one to complain but seriously, is there a reason no one there speaks any English? I go there with friends quite often and its the same crap every time. the last time we went we were sat at a table that already had drinks served, apparently the previous people got up and left for whatever reason. the host took one of the drinks but left a Pepsi there. he then asked for what we wanted to drink, my friend asked for a Pepsi. Instead ordering a new one he only brought my drink and was expecting her to drink from the Pepsi left by the previous customer. when our waitress came we told her "that Pepsi doesnt belong to us, it was left by the previous people" only to have her stare at us dumbfounded, brought over another waitress, again "that Pepsi doesnt belong to us, it was left by the previous people here". stared at us oblivious, left and brought the host,and again "that Pepsi doesnt belong to us, it was left by the previous people here". he insisted the previous people didnt drink from it, holy crap, how cheap can you possibly be? i thought it was just common restaurant etiquette to not try to force feed your customers food left by previous people no matter its condition. and we are suppose to tip this lousy service? they should just make it a 100% self serve restaurant since the waitress/waiters already dont do anything in comparison to other restaurants with waitress/waiters. The only thing i ever see them do is refill your drink, which i have to sadly mention they can barely do right since they dont understand English.

I thought I should write a review on my experience at Royal Buffet. This is my first visit here and all in all this is a decent buffet joint. The other customers though, disgusting. Screaming children running wild, throwing food everywhere, loud obnoxious large (in mouth and body) patrons bitching and laughing nonstop with full mouths about literal nonsense, I have personally witnessed two people using slang that even I didnt even understand, yelling at their waitress for not understanding them 100%(shes my waitress too, she speaks English just fine). This place is fine, I think the biggest downfall of this place is the trashy customers. This place is full of the worst stereotypical buffet goers I have ever seen. Have you seen the Nutty Professor 2? Yeah its like the scene where the Klumps go to a buffet except imagine if they also thought they were gangsters. Sushi is fresh, raw bar is stocked, hibachi grills are fired up, and the cuisine is enjoyable. Staff is friendly and attentive. Decor is standard to Chinese buffets and tables are clean. Selection is also standard buffet, having a variety of American and Asian dishes.

I always come here, but I decided not to come anymore. Last week I went there, but tha crab leg are not available, the I ask the manager when the crab leg will be out. So unexpected answer from the Royal Buffet MANAGER, he said that "you only pay for $14, why you want crab leg, and you are not the only customer for us, you not happy dont come here anymore". That was VERY VERY VERY F*****G RUDE im telling you. Im not surprised when I see them in the news, there was 2 group fighting inside the buffet over the crab leg. Between Black and white people. The food was ok, the waiter was good and polite, but the manager has no attitudes. Hey guys, spent 1 minutes try find in google "fight over the crab leg, Manchester CT.

Rating need to be revise, this place doesnt deserve 4.2 stars Me and my wife wanted to try new place, so base on the rating we have a try, and it wasnt good experience at all. By the time we reach home, it felt like we are going to throw up. Pros Very big place, probably can sit around 200 people or even more. Lots of food choices Cons Quality and taste of food is well below par. We can smell fish on chicken and other food. Probably because they were fried in same oil. Pond at the entrance, nice, but it not been maintain. smells awful. Place need lots of work, huge space going to waste. Overall, cheap place to eat, but food also seems cheap. I would rather prefer to eat at Taco Bell, than here.

Terrible service I told the woman that the food was cold and when I mean the food I mean all the food and some of my food had hair in it . So as I complained to the woman at the front desk she snatched the money out my hand. I will never come come here again the bill came up to 50 bucks for only three people that tasted like crap . Oh and by the way my salad tasted like it had soap in it. And the lettuce didnt seem washed also I tried to get some Sushi and there was flys all around the food. The man who waited on us to was very rude also I honestly feel like a health inspector should check out this place because everything was terrible .

Me and my boyfriend had less than 5 bites all together and they still charged us 20$. The food was horrible. It didnt even look right but we went here a couple years agoand it was pretty good. Must be new owners... I talked to the manager and he said i should look at the food and see if it looks good before we eat it and said there was no way we wernt going to pay for at least one person. Also weird but One of the waitresses was in her pjs. I wouldnt recommend this place to someone i hated!! Will absolutely never eat here again!!!

As soon as we walked in we were asked if we knew what time it was and that we only had 45 mins to eat then as we were walking out I was walking with my kids to see the fish and he acts like Im gonna walk out without paying and says are you gonna pay when my husband was the one who was paying I will not be coming back hes rude business is business rushing your customers is unnecessary considering were from out of town this is by far the worst customers service Ive ever had and Ive been to a lot of places!!!!

The chicken and broccoli was old and sour you can tell it had gone bad. I told the girl in front and she said they would remake it. When it came time to pay for the bill I asked if there would be an adjustment to my check since my girlfriend and I ate sour food and they told me no that it was still full price. Very terrible customer service. Clearly they did not care about the quality of their food nor their customers experience. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

I would give this place a half of star ... The alcholic drinks are more like drinking syrup ... Smells crazy when you walk in ... The shrimp have no flavor ... The staff is very small and sometimes racist they will sit all white people together while in the other area are other races ... Very over priced ... And If you want food poisoning... Stomach aches with frequent gagging and runs... This is deff the place to go ... Never again

The cheese stick where like chewing on bubble gum ... They tried to charge me for dinner prices.. when me and my son where there for lunch .. Like really the only good food was the bone less spare ribs and the chicken wings .. Smdh .. Very poor selection on desert and ice scream .. Never will me and my son go back again .. I had rather had gone to Wendys and got the 4 for 4 .. On a serious note .. This place needs a up grade asap ..
