Really good food, and relatively cheap at $12 ($8 for lunch) a person. Soft drinks are $2 each and are not free refills. Everything I got was hot and tasty. I stayed mainly in the Asian section of the buffet, as Chinese food is my obsession. I have eaten A LOT of Chinese food from many places all over CT, and I was impressed at the quality of the food here. It wasnt the greatest Chinese, but it was the best all you can eat for $12 Chinese food Ive ever had. It was all delicious, especially the crab rangoons, chicken & broccoli, fried dumplings, garlic shrimp, and general tsaos. I ventured into the "American" section a little bit, trying the chicken wings and a cappelini & shrimp alfredo, both of which were better than I expected. The wings, which I assumed would be dry and tasteless, were actually moist and seasoned well. I would like to add however, that there was a sushi chef preparing fresh sushi at the sushi bar, which indicates all the sushi is fresh. I read the other reviews from years ago, and it seems as though this place stepped it up, because everything was hot and delicious. I would eat here again, and recommend others to do so. ***After going to this place probably 5-6 times more after my first visit, I can give a more accurate review. Its a great value for $8 lunch, and I usually just get water. The waitresses do a great job to insuring I dont have to give a good tip, which keeps the price low. Seriously though, I dont think theres 1 polite waiter/waitress in the place. Not that I care, I get my own food, and they do a good job at refilling my water. Other than that, the food is always delicious, although sometimes on the lukewarm side (doesnt bother me much, its $8). The sushi is also surprisingly delicious, and I havent gotten sick once!

This place has a wonderful selection of buffet foods including salad "fixins", hot foods (seafood, chicken, pork, beef, vegetables with and without meats), suishi, shrimp, soups, fruits, cakes, puddings, jellos, ice creams; lobster tails upon request for an additional $4.95. Meals are generally around $15 per person plus a couple of dollars for soda, tea, or coffee. Water is free. Senior discount makes it about half price. Prices are extremely reasonable for the selection and there is never any pressure for you to leave. Very pleasant staff. Definitely accommodates entire families and those who are handicapped or elderly, they have high chairs for children, and there are always tables available for one or twenty. Room for all.... big and small. Lovely family environment. Excellent, comfortable place to eat.

ROACHES on the wall at the furthest wall from the kitchen! The manager offered me 10% off the bill and i only ate one sushi roll!!! My first plate was Sushi and veggies but I was hungry enough to try everything. But after seeing the roaches my appetite was ruined! I was offended, hungry, and defeated because my lady was treating me to dinner that night and didnt want to argue the point and paid the bill. Ive eaten there in the past and the food was good, but its not worth getting sick!!! I was seated at the furthest table so I can only image how those roaches must be in the kitchen!

My family and I used to go here so much. And for a while, the food was good, but quite expensive for just one person. The last (and final) time we went there, my father and I noticed the food was cold, and when I asked the waiter for another soda, he told me they were not free refills. Thats one way to lose a customer. My dad and I didnt eat much that night, but when I got home, I swear I got food poisoned. I got sick only a half an hour later. The next morning, my dad got sick. I WOULD NOT recommend this place at all!

Buffet style food is usually bland and tastless compared to takeout/delivery/dine in restaurants. But the food at this particular buffet is the best buffet food Ive ever had. Nearly everything I have is delicious!! I go strictly on the weekend when turn over is often, so I cant give any comment as to how the quality is during the week. This is the best buffet Ive ever had. I live in Waterbury but Ill drive to Wallingford to eat here any day!!

The people are very very very rude they sit and stare at you while u eat nd before u kno it the check is at your table as if thet are rushing you to eat. Prices are way to high and not to mention if you dont pay dinner prices you cant eat the "dinner selections" they put out. It should be one price for all. Im so happy there is an asian buffet right down the street i recomend going there great food and great service!!!

I used to really love this restaurant. At one time it was the best buffet I had ever been to. However I insisted on going last week even though I was warned not only wad the good not as good but the price had gone up. I wish I had listened! Everything was cold! Everything. Yet everything was over cooked. The rolls were fishy! The only good thing was the Coca cola I had to wash tje nastiness down. Major disappointment.

The facility is very clean and the service always prompt. The only reason I give them a three/five is for their mediocre food. The American grill dishes are tasty as well as the sushi, but the Chinese and Italian sections fall flat, and look a little cheap. It is far better than your average buffet (so much better than Hometown), but Ive still had better for around the same price.

After we were done the waitress that had brought our check pointed at the total and stood over until I put my card down. Once she came back she stood over me and waited for me to sign tip and total, I looked at her and she had moved back two steps watched over and checked the receipt the second I finished signing my name. Never felt more uncomfortable..

Timing is everything here - the food can sit out for a while on the steamer trays if youre not there at a peak time. This is owned by the same people who own the buffet on Dixwell Ave in Hamden, which oddly has smaller trays and as such, quicker turnaround on food, so its fresher. Still, a decent lunch selection and a good dinner selection.

Coconut shrimp was amazing. Really great variety. Really wanted crab legs but the luck seamed to not be with me. Either they didnt put them out very often or they disappeared as soon as they went out. Settled for clams and some craw fish which were both very yummy. Kids loved the Mac and cheese and ice cream! Will come back.

I have never been tp this restaurant and Im glad I havent. A Family friend went there with his wife and that night she died of food poisoning. It is ridiculous how they can advertise without thinking about a person they killed. It may have been a mistake but, boy was it big.
