Considering this is a nationwide chain, this location gets 5 stars. Normally I dont review chain restaurants, theyre supposed to be consistent nationwide. But for a Wednesday night stop at their bar, I found my first visit to 99 Enfield exceeding expectations. The bartender was friendly, interactive with her patrons, and took her job seriously. There were obviously a few regulars, & a few visitors, & she made them all feel welcome. The beer selection was also better than expected, not just the common brands on tap, but a couple craft beers to choose from, including Powder Hollow of Enfield. Food was as expected for the 99, no complaints. Overall, this location exceeded my expectations.

Be careful with to go orders, they charge extra for the boxes!! Yet if you eat in and dont finish I dont believe they charge you then. Not sure about that. Any way it does not leave me wanting to choose this restaurant for my take out! Not leaving customers warm and fuzzy. I have never heard of this policy at any other restaurant. I think most would be grateful for the business.

My son Tanner was already having a disastrous day because he lost his soccer tournament so I took him to eat dinner at 99 Restaurant in Enfield. The hostess was incredibly RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL and Tanners Jumbo Hot Dog that he ordered was nowhere near Jumbo. I was shocked. This is unacceptable. Me and my son Tanner will never step foot in this establishment ever again.

We had a great experience at this 99, our 2nd time here. One of our beef dinners was overdone and they immediately replaced it. My fish tacos were delicious. Service was great and drinks were too. We usually dont go to chain restaurants but will definitely go back! Cant beat it for the price (we had the $9.99 specials) taste and service!

This 99 Restaurant is very accommodating to everyone! I have on numerous occasions brought my clients who are in wheel chair into have lunch. They always find plenty of room for us! Plus the food is always the best- We tried many other restaurants in the area- ---99 gets voted to go to hands down now every time!

Excellent service and fast! We were there Friday night around 8pm. We special ordered a couple entrees and they were prepared as requested. Waitress was very nice. She didnt use a menu pad to write down the order. That always impresses me! Prime rib was very good; fried shrimp good too.

The Popcorn was Very Cool. Good selection of meals. Great service. The chicken was okay. The three way upgrade is a good deal. The house salad was nice but the house dressing was on the sweet side. For the chocolate lover the desert treat was very decedent, meaning good.

It was bad , bad service with attitude . Food was cold and not cocked well . We also asked for botato with cheese without bacon , and they served it with bacon then just lied about it telling us its not bacon wich was clearley bacon . We will never go there again.

Nice Restaurant the locals frequent. The Bar area was super busy as was the restaurant. Upscale ambiance with Friendly Wait Staff. Food prices were reasonable with decent selection. Pub Fare or Fine Dining - your choice!

Great deal on a burger on National Burger Day. Very surprised the bartender remembered my name. And the 3 course deal is excellent too. Oh yeah, $2 happy hour drafts too!! :)

Fried Fish was cooked perfectly (not overdone). Our group had a great time and we will be back. Veronica is wonderful. Loved the decor-fun and fanciful, Victorian New England.

Great if you want to wait in a tiny waiting area then go to a tiny booth and eat food on tiny plates in said tiny booths. Good drinks though.
