So first I was thinking oh God just get something cheap so u dont feel like u wasted your money cuz its not gonna be that good any way but I was happily surprised not only by how nice hot and fresh everything that I ate was but also I was happily surprised that the person that took care of me was so sweet smiled thru the whole transaction and made sure I got everything I asked for. I didnt feel rushed or anything. KFC of Ansonia ia give your selves a pat on the back good job. Now dont let me come back and be disappointed ! Keep up the great work !

I went into KFC in ansonia on 9-5-12 I bought 2 $5.00 buck box I gave the guy a $20.00 and he only gave me $10.00 dollars back I called the store to talk to the manager and he was very rude and unfriendly. I only asked him to look at the camera which will prove his worker did not give me my $10.00 change back. However this is a Billion corp. I was not offered not even a dinner nor anything to resolve this issue James Housey

Well, its KFC. This one is in a good location thats easy to get to from anywhere in the valley. Normally when I come here I have a 5 minute wait for something that needs to be made from my order, but its very consistent with the quality and taste of KFCs Chicken. Unlike other fast food places (mostly Burger King and Wendys) where sometimes its good and sometimes its awful.

Went here to grab dinner for my family and it was during a busy time. Service was quick and friendly and the food was good. No complaints here, definitely left a good first impression.

Probably the best run KFC in the area. Its clean, the staff is friendly, and the chicken tastes fresh. You cant always say that about some of the chicken shops around here.
