If you have hours posted you should adhere to them. I could have easily gone to another subway much closer but decided to go to this one because of its proximity to KFC to pick up something for my daughter. Online it says store closes at 10, I went last night at 855pm and they had already closed the doors and were mopping the floor. I found it strange so as Im driving to another subway I decided to call and asked what time the store closes and they told me in 15 minutes. I said nope cause I was just there and it was closed already. They said because it was dead and I said this is the third time I go there and its closed way before its supposed to. I asked if the owner was aware they close early when its dead and they assured me they did. Oh well now I know which subway I will be going to from now on. Its obvious the owner doesnt care about losing business to the other one close by in Selden.

These people are crazy. Sorry you went to a place right before closing. Maybe if you were happier with your life, that wouldnt bother you so much. I feel bad walking into a store right before closing. I would probably take my food to leave. But hey, thats just me. I had a great experience. It was really clean and the girls were easy to talk to. They have younger kids working, geeeee, what a great concept! Instead of these kids living off mommy and daddy, they are learning what it is to work and carry a job and responsibilities. Keep up the good work. And ignore the debbie downers. Fact is, it is a clean place and the people are nice.

There is an older woman that works here and does not follow food safety or health guidelines. I saw her stick her hands in some buffalo chicken sauce(mind you she was wearing gloves) but then she wiped it off on her pants. When I asked her politely to change her gloves she seemed annoyed and proceeded to tell me that she has touched everything in the food bar with those gloves with kind of an attitude in her body language, so I left. I feel bad about reporting this but I feel that I have to because I felt so offended by this and I know that if they were to receive a visit from a health inspector, they would probably receive a fine.

Absolute worst subway I have ever stepped foot in. I have been there about 4 times and will NEVER go back!!! Of the 4 times Ive been there all 4 of the times they have been out of wheat bread, (3 oclock on a Sat, 8pm on a Tues, 6pm on a Fri, and 4pm on a Wed). The first time I went there was at around 8pm on a Tuesday, I waited 10 min while one girl was on her cell phone and another girl mopped the floor around me. The one on her cell finished her personal call then was very rude to me and told me they had no more wheat bread. Everytime I go in it is these young girls who have no work ethic. TERRIBLE BUISNESS!! Stay away!!!

the worst subway ever, the closing time is 10 pm and the kids working there had put the tables upside down by 9:15pm. Thank God they made the sandwich but said, "please do not mess up the place as we just cleaned it and are about to close." We were still eating and it was 9:35 when they started turning off the lights. Would never go there ever again even though it is the nearest one to my house.
