Just had driven in from New York City with my nephew and we stopped in for dinner. The Manager asked me how was my day. I responded by saying " So, so". A conversation ensued about how to make the best of a bad day. Her philosophy was to let those moments of discomfort pass and fill the rest of the day with joy. You can say my meal was a real happy meal.In no way inferring to that fast food joint. With my warm Churizo Burrito in hand, we departed. She said " Have a lovely day" I left with a feeling knowing that she had chanced the course of what would have been a dreary day. If you can imagine this song playing in the background. ( Bill Withers - Lovely Day ). Thank you Chipotle for hiring such an awesome person!

I like Chipotle, and im right next to this one so i often have lunch here but lately it feels like somethings changed. The burritos are being packed with WAAAY less meat than when the place first opened up. Had my usual burrito today and 80% was white rice and 5% was meat, the other percentage was veggies and other stuff i picked...but uh seriously. 12$ for a burrito with barely any meat? Let me remind you that this location is between A LOT of good competitors, so why pay 12$ for a rice burrito when you can get a NICELY MADE BURRITO AT TRADER JOES FOR 4$ Just doesnt make sense. Dont cheap out on the meat,or people are gonna start going to other places. Thats just my suggestion !

Top notch customer service!! I had to wait briefly as they had run out of steak for my steak bowl. The manager saw me waiting as the pork and chicken eaters passed me by and immediately apologized for my very brief wait. She also comped my meal for what I consider an extremely insignificant delay. Great way to treat your customers and its why I always come back to Chipotle.

Waited in line for 10 minutes for some food. Told me when i got up there, that i had to wait because they only had one grill press so i had to wait till the rest of the line was taken care of before i can get my food made. There was 8 other people behind me. So i said are you crazy, and i walked out. Please bring back desert moon, we miss you.

Clean bathroom, clean dining room and great, fresh food made to order. Apart from the amount of teenagers yapping up a storm in there, this joint makes great food. If you join their internet club you can get some screaming deals once in a while too. Ill continue to go back for yummy Tex-Mex delicacies.

I love chipotle. I even loved it during the food contamination scares! (And loved the shorter lines) But lately theyve tried to cut back on the portions. I know the control of meat portion is important to the bottom line, but the rice and beans too? Please get good again.

Qdoba is so much better. Free guacamole too! Chipotle used to be good. Now rice has not lime flavor and no real cilantro flavor. The beans are always under cooked, the meat is always salty. They skimp on portions. Yet $11. If you have not tried qdoba I recommend them.

Food was bland. I should have known it would be when I saw tabasco sauce next to the napkins. Also, there was only three items on the menu. This was my first time at Chipotle, and the last. Very disappointed.
