Ordered from Uber Eats and was very excited. If only they got the order correct. First they offered something that wasnt on the menu, then they called and asked for a substitution and didnt actually fulfill that and left it from the order completely. To top it off, they charged for a combo meal but forgot to actually make it a combo and put the French fries in the bag. Usually very happy but was so disappointed with this. Especially from charging what we never received.

OMG! LOVE THIS PLACE! I am not one who can eat "fast food," but this place isnt fast food. Its GREAT FOOD, FAST! Its REAL FOOD, made FRESH! I have health disorders which make it hard for me to eat and digest, BUT.... when I eat at DUCHESS I have no problem with the food. I LOVE the angus burger!! The prices arent that bad either. Its FRESH, CLEAN, REAL FOOD. A MUST TRY!

Food is good. But when i walk in and have to wait for the staff to finish off there conversation in Spanish gives me a un easy feeling. Dont getvme wrong i support all cultures and backgrounds but when i walk into a business in america i ecpect to here english. Cmon Duchess

Friendly staff, clean restaurant, quick service. Didnt like the soup, the guy didnt quibble at all, offered me the other soup, or a salad. Faster than most Duchess restaurants Ive been to, and my turkey sandwich was delish.

Its Duchess, great food fast. My only gripe is with the fries, they changed them years back and I rarely order them. Other than that this is a great location, clean, fast, and friendly!

Nice staff. Food comes out hot and fresh. I recommend the chicken nuggets. If they are busy I tight take a few minutes for your order but I think its worth it.
