In the small town of Chester Connecticut there are only two reasons why there would be a wait in a restaurant... Either its the only place open (which it wasnt) or their pizza is just that damn good (which it is). This place is always hoping when we go and for good reason. They have a limited menu, for the most part they stick to what they do best, pizza. The wood fired brick oven is resting at a steady 900°f which makes for some amazingly doughy yet crunchy pies. They are in and out of the oven in less than 90 seconds and the assembly line of piss makers makes the production not only fun to watch but highly efficient. The wait staff is fun and courteous. We drive 30 minutes from Newington just for this tasty adventure. Oh, and dont forget to try the roasted olives, you wont regret it.

Great pizza, great beer, great service, great atmosphere. We stopped in from out of town with a large group and the staff was very accommodating. We ordered all but 2 of the pizzas on the menu. The crust was thin and crispy, the toppings were high quality, and generous, and the cheese wasnt taking center stage, just how I like it. We had craft beer in bottles. We will definitely be coming back for more. Dont forget to try the appetizer meatballs.

Possibly the best pizza I have eaten in the US. One bite and I was transported back to Naples a decade ago. This is not, grab a quick slice and shovel it in kind of pizza. This is a real meal to savor. Also the staff is super friendly and accommodating. We will be going regularly.

Hands down the best pizza place in Connecticut. Ive never had a pizza that was this good in my entire life. Everything was fresh, homemade, and delicious. The place is small and had a fair wait, but it was amazing. The pizza with egg and bacon is a must try.

You far the best pizza I have ever had! And I love pizza and have had it in many cities. Friendly staff. Good wine. The menu changes every day depending on fresh ingredients. A must is the Margarita pizza. During late su5the corn pizza is amazing. Enjoy!

Best pizza Ive ever had & Im obsessed with the oven roasted olives appetizer. The wait staff is excellent especially the host. There is usually a wait as it is a rather cozy atmosphere but it is more than worth it.

Its fine, menu selection is a bit limited and overpriced in areas. $8 for a root beer float? And it was one of the worst floats Ive ever had. Pizza is good though if thats what youre looking for.
