My husband and I went here for a late dinner, and I ordered (and paid for) two items with extra cheese. When the items arrived they did not have extra cheese (this is probably something the manager would debate, which is fine, thats not where my biggest concern exists). We have eaten at this location on a number of occasions, and, in all honesty, Ive never had a problem with this type of behavior before (normally the people are friendly), though we usually get the food to go. Anyway, I took my food back up and asked if I could have a little more cheese, to which I heard a gentleman (who I now realize was the night manager), say, "no, shell have to pay for double if she wants more." I guess my first reaction was how rude he sounded across the counter, and when he finally emerged he repeated his statement. I told him I had already paid for extra cheese, and he repeated his statement, and stated it had extra cheese...he said he had to watch his inventory. Honestly, the cheese factor is one that I dont understand, but nothing compared to how insulted I feel by his attitude; this is why I will not return to this location.

This is, by far, the best Taco Bell location I have ever visited. I know Its obviously not the case, but the vegetables are SO FRESH that it seems like they grow them in a garden out back. The tacos and all of the other speciality sandwich-like items are made so well, that they are never sloppy or rushed-looking when you get them, and they are absolutely ALWAYS either HOT, or warmer than any other Taco Bell I have ever tried. As far as Mexican fast food, this location is a 5/5. It is obvious that they cater to a very demanding clientele.

Suggest checking your order at the window. Often fail to get pur entire order. KFC is usally better than the Taco Bell food
