I would say JTs is one of the best cafe/restaurants in the area. It is always consistent, has a really great and interesting menu, and the service is always nice. They have a wonderful brunch on Sunday including some amazing coffee based cocktails. They also generally have a ton of different beers and cocktails, and a nice bar area that often has some live music. Its easy to drive by this place and not think anything of it, but its worth the visit. We moved out of the area, but this restaurant was really one of the only ones that we considered a solid staple that we could go to over and over and not get bored with and not be disappointed.

Came here on a whim, passing by. I have never experienced such a wonderful atmosphere in a Cafe. From the absolutely stunning staff I had the pleasure of meeting on a Monday morning (Leah, Lauren an Brian) to the honestly rt worthy plates of food that were brought to me. I had thanked the chefs personally for the pallet tingling flavors I was given in every bite. I love this place and will now come here for each Monday. It was a truly sensational experience I would wish on any person. Please give this place a try I will go as far as saying I love the staff and service and the astounding food is just a delightful plus!

Neighborhood Gem, as Open Table would say. Great atmosphere, casual and comfortable. Mia, our waitress was wonderful, as was the entire staff: friendly and welcoming. The food is very fresh, generous portions and reasonably priced. The menu has a wide variety of offerings, something for everyone. The pot roast was so good, Ive decided I never have to make it again. Hmmm... maybe Im going to give up cooking altogether....

Food is great. Lets get that straight right off the bat. The problem here is the lack of waiting area. The front door gets extremely crowded and there is no place to stand or sit. The other issue is the girls up front have no clue how long the wait times are. They just guess a random time, so 20 min might mean an hour. Good luck getting a table.

They pride themselves on taking forever to make breakfast. It cannot take 50 minutes to make scrambled eggs. Too much competition to wait that long for some toast and eggs. We are in Ny not Alabama. Way too long for breakfast. No appeal

Love this place, great food and good times. For people heading out to the East end of the Island from the City and Nassau county, its a great stop to break up the ride. 5 minutes south from Route 27 Sunrise hwy. So worth the stop.

Very good burgers cooked to the way you ordered it. Bartender that can actually make a gin & tonic not gin and club soda or gin and water. Nice atmosphere, very cozy. Waiter was excellent. Will definitely return.

The great "cast iron skillet" of Bayport this establishment has quickly become! Stop in for any of their breakfast items and dont miss the spiked Sail Away cold brew coffee cocktails. Unbelievable pairing!

Happy its back. Was a favorite spot when it was in Nesconset and the new location did not disappoint. Definite must try. Cozy atmosphere without being corny. Friendly staff and great service and food.
