I brought my mother out to this place on two separate occasions and I was pleasantly surprised each time. I had the steak and lobster on each occasion and the steak was done to perfection both times. The lobster tail needed some fine tuning though as it appeared dry when served. I think that the cook, in the future, should really brush on a little butter before serving as presentation is important. The staff are friendly and the salad bar is worth the trip on it own merit. Other than the lobster tail looking a bit on the dry side (the only reason I deducted a point), I have no complaints.

Food was not good. Ordered two dips, they were cold. Chips were soggy. New salad bar is terrible. Ham tasted like it had been in water all day. Floor in front of it was sticky. They got rid of a lot of good stuff in the salad bar. Staff was very friendly. Manager tried to correct the situation but I felt like even when the food came out a second time it wasnt good. Wont be back. Sad I used to love this place, but it has gone way downhill. Probably why a lot of them are closing.

Poor service. No customers were there & yet no one was waiting on us. The staff was hanging around, laying in the booth & eating on the job. When we called a manager over, she was one of them hanging around & felt the need to correct us when we said we were the only ones there but not getting service as there was another table on the other side. Clearly they werent being serviced either. Id fire my manager if thats how she ran my business.

One of the worst eating experiences I have had in a long time.I could not find any meals that interested me. I finally settled on the burgandy salmon.? It was too much of a spice which I ate even though it almost burned my throat. You have decided to make a menu that perhaps does not meet some diners needs. A couple years ago I had a very nice dinner with you...but, as I said , I would not frequent the Ruby Tuesday Diner again......

The service was very good but the new salad bar was not. Everything tasted smokey and the dressings have a funny taste. They got rid of some of the best dishes at the salad bar (the broccoli/cheese salad and the apple salad). The main meals were pretty much the same but the best thing about this place was the salad bar.

Frequently eat at Ruby Tuesday in Springfield, Mass. Love the place. Had the opportunity to eat at Ruby Tuesday in Bristol this past weekend and was sorely disappointed. Salad bar was lacking, plates were half/size and choice was half what is offered elsewhere. Service was lacking.

Lately everytime I go with my family, it keeps getting more expensive and we keep getting less food.. and the food has also been disappointing. . Needless to say but I think its time to visit somewhere else next time. .

Service was very good. Salad bar was terrible. I got the petite steak and lobster tail the love to still with overcooked I asked for medium steak cooked and instead it was well done the meat was awful very fatty steak

Always have a good meal here. And our waitress and her name was Jasmine was fantastic. She is a pleasure to talk to, very polite. I would consider her the best waitress Ive seen in a very long time.
