I stopped at this restaurant after visiting a sick family member in the area one Friday. The staff in general were very accomodating and friendly. Their menu had various options but it appeared that wrap sandwhiches were their specialty based the variety of options for wraps offered. I was in the mood for a full meal instead of just a sandwhich so I inquired about the steak marsala on the menu. The waitress was very helpful and explained that I could have a chicken version instead which I preferred. My mom ordered one of their daily specials - The shrimp orzo. My meal came with a starter salad but my mothers did not. I chose the ceasar salad and it was pretty good. The chicken marsala was the winner though - it was absolutely delicious. My mother also said that she loved her shrimp orzo. Each entree was more than enough to fill you and take home left overs. The re-heated chicken marsala tasted even better to me. i was really surprised but pleased with both the service and the food. Now I will be looking forward to my next hospital visit instead of dreading it.

My husband and I frequently stop in and have their specialty pizzas. They are made fresh and delicious. Recently I ordered from their Sonoma to go menu, $39.95 to feed 4. I ordered the Wings, nice assortment of 3 different kinds of wings, Penne Vodka and a really nice Caesar salad. Generous servings and the food was great. Probably one of the best Penne Vodka Ive had and this is not an Italian restaurant. Chicken wings were cooked perfectly with the right amount of seasoning. I would recommend to visit or pick up to go. The staff is professional and eager to please.

Great food always busy plus its connected to a nice Hotel which is convenient if your in on business or if you had too many drinks. Ive been here for dinner the night before a relatives wedding. The staff was awesome & all the food was delicious. Parking is sometimes hard to find but its right off exit 63 on the service road of the LIE. They have special nights with bands & other events . Its a very fun crowd that seems to be a bit of everyones thing . Nobody would feel like its not theyre crowd thats for sure. New Digital Advertising

Took my plate before finishing!!! I was here today, had a chicken wrap and a jack an coke. I was sitting at a table and was minding my own next thing you know a server in the blink of an eye took the rest of my chicken wrap and went away with it. I had told a manager about this, she only took off 1/2 of the chicken wrap cause he took 1/2 away. Even tho taking my food away from me ruined my meal and my experience. Whatever ruin a customers experience and dont pay for the meal. What a joke this place is

Ive been to Sonoma Grill many, many times. Each time that I have gone has been a pleasurable experience. Whether I bring clients, friends or family, the wait staff and management have always been courteous, professional and very warm and friendly. The menu always has something for even the most picky person. If you are looking for a great meal with a nice ambiance and friendly service, you deserve to treat yourself to Sonoma Grill. You will enjoy it and feel welcomed!

Been to the Holtsville location twice... never again. 1st off, the guy in charge (I think his name is either Glen or Greg) is probably the rudest person youll encounter in a restaurant. Just a mean guy. He has a bad attitude towards customers and clearly towards his employees. Theres another waiter their (stocky built guy) who was also rude to me. 2nd, the food isnt good. They give big portions, but the quality is just plain bad. Felt sick after each visit.

The restaurant looks run down and dirty... Bathroom door lock is broken - what is that $5 to fix? The kitchen was dirty, tables not cleared of dishes even though there werent many customers, servers were slow to get utensils or food - not very attentive!! Food was okay - my burger bun was burnt, the steak sandwich had not much steak, salad was okay. Disappointing and not worth returning to!!!

This is one of my favorite spots in Suffolk County. Everything Ive tried has been great. I would highly recommend any pizza, wrap, or a burger. They also have good specials for Sundays during football: half-price wings or pizzas and $3 bottled domestic beer. The staff has always been good and its nice to see the owner helping out a lot.

I play in a duo and was invited to audition last night. The night manager, Glenn, spoke to me as if I should be kissing his ass for letting us audition there. He was demeaning and disrespectful. I feel bad for the employees who work there who have to deal with his incredibly negative attitude.

Had the bbq wings. Side order of fries Delicious! Nice size nd quantity for the price. Better than applebees or tgi Fridays. Nice friendly atmosphere. Located inside of a hotel which is very convenient for events as well. This restaurant is a hidden gem! Will be back.

Weve been coming to this restaurant for several years. They offer great deals each night of the week, happy hour is always on our agenda. It can get pretty loud, so it isnt great for large groups, but tables of 4-6 are usually comfortable.

We had my Moms 90th surprise birthday party here. Would highly recommend this venue. Bernadette was my contact and she helped me plan everything. The food was fantastic. Go for dinner or have a party youll love it!

Nice beer selection. Cant beat $7 burger night on Tuesdays. Live entertainment. Good amount of TVs for watching sports. But, guys, be forewarned, the staff is much better looking than the clientele.
